Tonight is a bottle of this one that I purchased last year. On the palate, you can feel quite a bit of alcohol. But when paired with food, it's quite the match! We didn't have enough time to drink outside, so we started the after party at home😆. I was curious about it when I saw everyone posting about it on Sake no Wa, and I was able to get one at IMADEYA when there were only two bottles left. First, I took a sip of the top clear. It's very gassy and refreshing, but with a strong flavor. Then mix it. It's good 😆 It's very easy to drink. It has more umami than sweetness. (The second time. lol) The clarity is a bit choppy, with a melon or lychee flavor and sourness. I thought it would be sweet after mixing the lees, but it can be served clear and dry.
