I got it at the first liquor store I went to at the end of the year.
They say the alcohol content changes every time due to the difference in yeast.
This time it was 14 degrees.

I chose the stable Aizu Nakasho.
It is as good as it gets.
It's refreshing and well balanced.

I got this sake at a liquor store near Kanazawa station.
Because it is a new sake, I opened a bottle on the Shinkansen between Kanazawa and Tokyo before it got warmed up by traveling. LOL!
It's almost a jacket buy, but it was a hit❗️.
It is very easy to drink and has a good mouthfeel.
