Tenju no Nanasei Shiboritate❣️
I have been interested in Tenju no Nanahoshi for a while.
It claims to be super dry, and I was also attracted by the beauty of the label, and then I found a freshly squeezed raw!
I had to buy it ‼️ and bought it lol!
I think there has been a nama-sake before, but this is the first time I've seen a freshly pressed sake? I wonder if this is the first time?
The concept is "a sharp, dry junmai sake to drink at night while looking up at the starry sky.
The label is designed just like that 🎶.
Not much aroma.
A clean rice aroma 😁.
Transparent grape🍇 mellow flavor and moderate acidity ❣️
And the sharpness, which only a super dry sake with a sake degree of +15 can provide‼️
Excellent sharpness 😆👍
It is the kind of sake that you can feel the sweetness behind the hill 😁Subtle and somewhere in there lol
Morioka's Kairikiya 🍜.
Soy sauce all the way 😁👍
Forgot to make the noodles hard 💦.
Finished it in no time 😊.
It's delicious though,
Hmmm🤔🤔🤔
Yamaokaya or Tenichi is more addictive 🤣.
