Continuing with the sake I bought in Fukushima Prefecture, here is another sake from Niigata Prefecture.
I bought this at a supermarket for 1,738 yen.
It was fruity, with a slight gassy taste that I liked.
I got the impression that it was about 1st or 2nd in Japan.
Purchased at a sake camp.
It is delicious with a good taste of rice and sweetness.
Last year, when I was taking it easy to buy it later, it was sold out and I couldn't buy it.

Niigata Sake no Jin 2025🍶.
I came in the day before and had a few drinks the night before, but no leftover sake, I'm in great shape 😁.
I was so elated and headed to the venue, but there was a long line to get in 😳I was worried if I could get in on time, but I did. As expected, they limit the number of people entering and they are very efficient 😄.
Now, speaking of Niigata, Echigoya is the place to go.
It is nigori 🤍.
Sweetness and umami are the main flavors.
The carbonation is crackling 🫧.
Good for nigori lovers 🤔.
The brewer said it is recommended to drink with soda.
You are a badass too... 😏.
The aroma is mild 😌.
Lychee-like acidity and a strong rice flavor 🎵.
Smooth on the tongue✨
This sake is a "cold sake" specialty 🍶.
That's the end of the "sake tasting" at the Ponchukan 😄.
See you again on Obon 🏮.
