Tasake's Sake Komachi: ❣️
I thought the special Junmai Sake Komachi was a new release 😘.
The normal special junmai is Hanafukuyuki, followed by Yamadanishiki, Kojonishiki, and now this is the fourth new one 🤗.
And if it's a Sake Komachi, it must be good 🎶.
The aroma is mild.
In the mouth, it has the fruitiness of an apple and the plump flavor of rice that is typical of Sake Komachi💕.
After swallowing, there is a slight bitterness, and it is easy to drink.
There is also a good acidity, and a good balance of sweet, delicious, bitter and sour taste, this is delicious. ❣️
As expected from Tasake 👏😊💕
The third one is a ramen that has been on my mind lately 🍜🍜.
This time, soy sauce chashu pork topped with green onion Y(´▽ `)Y
Well, the soy sauce is not so good 😓.
It's good, but it's not as good as the last time I had it...
Next time, I'll try Shrimp 🦐 Miso!

Yes Jungin is always there, but this one is Toku Jun 🎶 maybe they just made it low milled 😅.
The chashu is a W of sliced and koro 🐷.
