AKIIt is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake brewed with Hakuto yeast. Although it is early summer, it is full of the feeling that the time of year was missed with "Winter Moon", but it is a delicious sake. The aroma is a hint of melon. The fruity taste of the rice spreads out slowly and is finished off with a slight bitterness, making for a crisp sake. It is very easy to drink and goes down easily. It is said that there is a full moon label for every 100 bottles, but unfortunately there was only a crescent moon label available 🥲.

AKIO-Roku Junmai Ginjo TAKEMICHI. The owner of the sake shop advised me to try this sake by itself, not with food, so I did as he said and drank it without making any assumptions. The aroma is melon-like, and the taste is sweet with a fullness reminiscent of dried fruit. After the sweetness, you can feel a hint of sourness, but it's not sharp. It has a musty smell. It has a musty smell. It is a taste that you cannot taste in other sake. It's like a sake that is not caught up in any trend.

AKII found this by chance at a local sake shop on a business trip. I love Hanahato, and I've had it many times, but this is the first time I've encountered it. The label is cute and I fell in love at first sight😊. The aroma is a hint of citrus fruit. It has a dry taste with a delicious rice flavor that spreads to the palate and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Compared to the Daiginjo, it lacks a little depth🤔, but it is still a delicious sake.

This sake is made using Yamada Nishiki and Saga no Hana rice, and has a mild pear-like aroma and a moderately deep flavor with a wide range of tastes. AKIThis is the first Shuho. I bought it at my favorite local sake shop. On the way home from work, I bought some kouka (cuttlefish). The aroma is ramune like. The strength of Omachi and the sweetness of the rice are well balanced in this sake. It is not easy to drink because of the strong ginjo aroma. It asserts itself well even with strong flavored dishes. Koika was a complete defeat.

AKIIt was given to me by a person I have a relationship with at work. It was the first time I had ever had this sake, and I was intrigued by the description "bountiful umikuchi". When I opened the package, the unique aroma of ginjo-shu, which is not heated, spread out, and the sweetness was strong, and the flavor stayed in the mouth for a long time. AKIA local sake brewery in Kitakyushu City. I received a bottle of Tenshin's Shiboritate Nama Genshu and a set of snacks from someone in the company. It has a strong raw sake feeling, and the smell of brewing alcohol is a little strong. It's not very full and it's quite dry, with a bitter aftertaste. It seems to go well with oden. It has a history that is not influenced by trends.

AKIThe wife's friend, who has never drunk much sake, asked for a sake that was easy to drink and we chose this one. As expected, it was a strike ❗️ and the wife and I drank it up together😅. I thought the melon flavor would be strong, but it's not. I'm not sure if there are any other sakes that have a stronger melon flavor. However, the potential of Nanamizu is still intact, with less acidity and more emphasis on sweetness.

AKII wanted to drink "Mae", so I went to a liquor store and they recommended me to buy this Luxurhythm (Luggerism). Recently, not only Koimari but also other sake breweries have been increasing their varieties to compete with each other, and it's hard to remember 🥲. Although the brand name is different, it is very stable. The smell of koji and a hint of gas after opening the package is the same impression as the "Mae". The "Mae" is matt, but this one is crisp, clear, and gentle to drink.

AKIThis is a sake that the young brewer of Kanbokuto Shuzo challenged to make Junmai Ginjo sake with Gin no Sato and No.7 yeast. It is said to be a limited edition. It has a fruity aroma, a moderate acidity, and a freshness and sweetness that is easy to drink. I often visit the Kanbokuto Sake Brewery and have this sake as my personal favorite sake, but compared to the other sake on sale, the taste is so different that you would think it is from a different brewery.

AKIIt is the first time to drink A-sakura. It is the sake which had become interested from before, but designer, Yukinoff design I was attracted by the wonderful label that Mr. Yuki Tsujimoto and the A-sakura Sake Brewery collaborated on and bought it. This is a collaboration between Fukuhibiki, a new rice variety born in Akita, and AKITA Yukiguni Yeast UT-1. This sake has a gorgeous aroma and a light sourness, and is made without heating, which is rare for A-sakura. The aftertaste is also a little tingly. It's very cosy.

AKIThis is the second time I bought Kameizumi. I found it at my favorite local sake shop and wanted to drink it so I bought it on impulse. It is a luxurious sake brewed with Kochi yeast (CEL-24) at an alcohol content of 14 degrees. It has a sweet taste and a pineapple-like aroma. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, even for those who don't like to drink sake.

AKII've been seeing a lot of Omachi sakes lately, and the common Muscat type aroma and fruity feeling is something I feel in common. Compared to the test brew ver.4 that we drank, this one has a bit of bitterness. If anything, I think I prefer this one.

It's a well-balanced sake that you can honestly feel. I dipped the cuttlefish I caught in fishing in the vinegared miso.

AKIMy first sake from Shizuoka. I prefer Junmai Ginjo, but this one is good! The price is very reasonable and it's nice to win a sake you've never had before! It has a pleasant, mellow melon-like aroma, with a moderately spicy taste, and then the sweetness of the rice spreads at once. The bitter aftertaste is also good. It is a gift, but I was able to meet a good sake. Thanks (^^)
