AKIThe Yuki no Kayasha series is personally recognized as a reliable sake. This one is recommended by our favorite liquor store. I'm not sure if you've heard of it, but I've heard it's called "Yamadabo" instead of "Yamadaho". I'm sure you'll agree with me. It has a gorgeous malted rice aroma and a delicious rice flavor with a nice crispness. It's a summer-only brew, so I'd say it's a summer sake, but at 15.7% alcohol it's pretty hard to beat. The difference between this and the Yamada Nishiki is that the sourness and rice-like taste is a little stronger🤫.

AKII'm not sure what to make of this. I'm not sure what to make of it. It is a summer sake with a low alcohol content of 13%. When you open the bottle, the fruity aroma of apples and pears spreads quickly. It has a sweet taste and a slight spiciness. You can feel the flavor of Junmai well, but it flows lightly. It is easy to drink. It is a Daiginjo with a good price. It goes well with Kampachi sashimi.

AKIThe second in the dry series from Harushika "super dry" ❗️I bought it because of the coolness of the jacket and the Black Jack brand. This is a very dry beer with a sake content of +21😅. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not. I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm not sure if it's because of the high alcohol content, but I can feel the flavor of the rice in the distance. It is a unique sake in Saga prefecture where there are many sweet sake.

AKIIt's a super dry sake with an alcohol content of 18 degrees. Just because it is called "super dry", it was the first time in a long time that I felt that gut-wrenching feeling that I had when I used to drink bourbon whiskey every night with dinner. The ginjo scent is strong and volatile like semedyne, and when you think you've felt the flavor of the rice in the distance for a moment, the crispness flows away smoothly. It is not a sake to be tasted and drunk, but a sake to be drunk when you want to get drunk. It's the kind of sake you drink when you want to get drunk😅.

AKIThis is the third bottle of "Gassan" summer sake we have had this year. It is also low in alcohol, and the aroma is not strong, but the flavor of the rice and the light acidity are pleasant and it goes in smoothly. AKIHis wife's choice. It was in the fridge before I knew it. I thought it was wine 🍷 in a stylish bottle, but it was sake 😅. The aroma is of tropical fruits like mangoes 🥭. It's sweet but with a good acidity and a solid rice flavor that is well harmonized. The low alcohol (13°) makes it easy to drink, so if you're new to sake, we might recommend this one.

AKIFukuoka is in the rainy season and it's raining hard ☔️, so I bought this summer sake hoping the weather will recover. It has a pleasant fruity aroma like apple 🍎. You can feel a little bit of gas, a little bit of bitterness and a little bit of fizz, and then it flows through the mouth crisply and cleanly. The soft water brewing makes it very gentle and smooth on the palate... 😌It's a clear and clean sake that you won't believe is Junmai 😋.

AKIIt's a limited edition "#1-2020" of "Mae" new sake. It is said that "#1-2020" represents the first sake brewed in the 2020 brewing year. This sake is not disclosed any information. I think there are a lot of sake being sold with hidden specs these days 😅 Well, don't think ❗️feel ❗️the world, right? I've had most of the "Mae" sakes, but this one is new to me. It has a fruity aroma like muscat, and a gassy feeling, not as strong as the "flax cat", but the acidity is also a bit harsh here. It's not my personal favorite taste, but it's a challenging sake that's different from the other "Mae".

AKII knew about "Saku Zaku" as a sake that was adopted for the Ise-Shima Summit. I bought it for the first time at a liquor store, attracted by the form with a strong presence and the word that it is a limited edition made of 100% Yamada Nishiki from Mie Prefecture. When I opened the bottle, I didn't feel much of an aroma, but when I poured it into the sake cup, I felt a gorgeous aroma like pears😌. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. You can feel the elegance somehow. It has a richness, but at the same time, it flows smoothly and crisply. It was as good as its reputation😊.

AKIThis junmai ginjo is made from natural rice (sake rice grown without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers) and is made using the "nakamoto" method. I see. That's why it's called "Shizenshu" 🤔. The same kind "Meron" is famous, but I chose this one to measure its potential without being caught up in the flavor. This one is not as mellow as the others, but it does have a slight melon aroma. In the mouth, there is almost no fizziness at all. In addition to the sweetness and richness of the umami, you can feel the elegant fullness of the harmony of the sourness derived from the traditional yeast, but it is not sharp and the sweetness lingers in the mouth for a while. It is not suitable as an aperitif but as an aperitif.

AKIThe last day of Golden Week is decorated with Manjusen. It is made from 100% Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture. It has a gentle melon-like aroma that does not interfere with food. It was described as slightly dry, but it was almost as sweet as it could be. It has the freshness and crispness of raw sake, and is juicy, with the soft acidity unique to Omachi that lingers. I've had a few bottles of Manjusen and they've never let me down🤔. I've had several bottles of Manjusen and it has never disappointed me.

AKIThis is the second bottle of the Golden Week, Shinsei Flax Cat 🐱. It was a gift from a friend of mine, and it's been sitting in my fridge for a while. The shape of the bottle and the label are innovative and cool❗️. I've always been amazed by Shinsei, but this one was a bit of a surprise too. I had it chilled, but I didn't feel the aroma too strongly. When you drink it, you will feel the malted rice smell and the acidity at the same time😖 Almost citric acid. I'm not sure if you can say that it's a white wine, but it's citric acid❗️It seems to soak into the tired body. It's a great way to start the day, and it's a great way to start the day. A taste that is difficult to describe, with no other experience. It is a very popular sake, but I think I'm a little bad at it 😅.

AKII've had the Four Seasons sake a few times in pubs and I remember it being good, and most importantly, the label is cute 😊. I'm not just buying a jacket, I'm buying a label😁. It's a rare brew that uses the "Hana Yeast" developed at Tokyo University of Agriculture and the Yamada Nishiki from Shiga Prefecture. The aroma is mellow, like pears. It has a rich sweetness and almost no tingling at all. It has a slightly bitter taste, but it also has a pungent taste, and it has a delicious flavor. At the end, a beautiful sourness flows smoothly. It is a clear and easy to drink sake.

AKIKanbokuto Shi-bi-en is famous for its summer and autumn blue labels, autumn red label, pink label nigori, and white label nama-shu, and I especially like the unfiltered red label. I especially like the unfiltered red label, but this is the first time I've had this type of nama-shu. I was told to drink it chilled, so I guess it's like the summer sakes that are coming out. It has a mild but fresh aroma like La France, which is common to the Kanbokuto. When you put it in your mouth, it has moderate sourness and sweetness for a moment. But it changes to a dry taste that flows smoothly. The aftertaste is also good and you can drink it smoothly. This shi-bi-en is also delicious😋.

AKIPurchased on the recommendation of a liquor store. It is 100% Yamadanishiki and 50% polished, but why Junmai Ginjo? I thought, but I opened the package. AKIThe Hananouka Sake Brewery has continued to brew sake despite the frequent damage caused by the Kumamoto earthquake in 2016 and the torrential rains in northern Kyushu in 2020. You can feel the spirit of this brewery. This is a Junmai Daiginjo made with luxurious Yamada Nishiki. It has a berry aroma, a slight tingling sensation on the tongue, and a crisp flavor that is not overly full. Above all, it is hard to find this kind of price anywhere else. In addition, it won the Judge's Special Prize in the sake contest "KURA MASTER", so the story of this sake makes it twice delicious.

AKII picked up this sake casually because I liked the label. It is the work of Yuta Tsuchiya, a designer from Yamagata. It is a sake that stands out when paired with a meal. It has a muscat-like aroma and a crisp, dry taste. It has a crisp aftertaste and goes well with any meal. If you drink it alone, you will feel a little insufficient. It's good to know that it's not a sake to be consumed alone.
