The last day of Golden Week is decorated with Manjusen.
It is made from 100% Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture.
It has a gentle melon-like aroma that does not interfere with food. It was described as slightly dry, but it was almost as sweet as it could be. It has the freshness and crispness of raw sake, and is juicy, with the soft acidity unique to Omachi that lingers. I've had a few bottles of Manjusen and they've never let me down🤔.
I've had several bottles of Manjusen and it has never disappointed me.
