Kanhokutoshi-bi-en 純米生原酒
AKI
Kanbokuto Shi-bi-en is famous for its summer and autumn blue labels, autumn red label, pink label nigori, and white label nama-shu, and I especially like the unfiltered red label.
I especially like the unfiltered red label, but this is the first time I've had this type of nama-shu. I was told to drink it chilled, so I guess it's like the summer sakes that are coming out.
It has a mild but fresh aroma like La France, which is common to the Kanbokuto. When you put it in your mouth, it has moderate sourness and sweetness for a moment. But it changes to a dry taste that flows smoothly. The aftertaste is also good and you can drink it smoothly.
This shi-bi-en is also delicious😋.

Aki, good morning😃.
I haven't had shi-bi-en since the year before last 😁.
It's been a long time since I drank shi-bi-en, but now that I've read your review, I want to try it for the first time in a while. ^)

Good morning.
This year, we'll be releasing both raw and infused.
I've stocked up on raw for comparison, but I'm holding out until it's released. I can't wait to drink it!
The label of shi-bi-en is also very cool!

Hello, Haruei Chichi😃.
I've been trying to find a good sake in Fukuoka for a while now. I'm sure you'll be able to find a good deal on a few of these in the near future.
