Purchased on the recommendation of a liquor store. It is 100% Yamadanishiki and 50% polished, but why Junmai Ginjo? I thought, but I opened the package. It has a fresh rice flavor and a gaseous feel that only a namaishu can give, and it has a dry finish, but the bitterness lingers a little too long. It's not new, but it has a traditional taste similar to Hakkaisan in Niigata.
