AKII bought it with high expectations because "Hananouka" is my favorite sake from Kumamoto.
Personally, I give the edge to "Hana no Aka". Although it has a soft and full flavor unique to Yamada Nishiki, it lacks the punch of Junmai Daiginjo in terms of clarity. It's easy to drink, but it's not suitable as a sake for a meal. It would be better to drink it alone and enjoy it with a sip.
