I bought it last year because I was under the impression that it was delicious when I drank it while viewing cherry blossoms.
It is made from non-standard rice (Kame-no-o), so although it is not labeled "junmai," it is a special junmai product.
The aroma is weak, and there is a slight malted rice smell. It has a good mouthfeel and smoothness on the palate. It is not bad, but something is missing. Well, I guess it was something like this (--;)
