When lifting the cap, the first popping sound ever! It smells like pears, and on the palate, the first aroma is bitter and sweet like grapefruit, but then there is a peculiar cheese-like aftertaste and return aroma. I didn't know it had such a unique character, but it seems to go well with Western food.

I knew it, but when I opened it, poof! The aroma is clean, sweet and fruity. It has a tangy, gaseous feeling on the tongue, a pleasant mouthfeel, and a clean aftertaste. Personally, I think it could be shaved off a little more, but it's not too bad. It is still very refreshing for a tired body.

I was attracted by the illustration and bought a packet. I did not expect the taste, but the aroma was fresh and fruity, the taste was clean and easy to drink, and the price was low, so it was a good value for money! It was surprisingly good value for money.

The aroma is rich and full of rice, and as is typical of Gohyakumangoku, the mouthfeel and aftertaste are clean! It is a beautiful sake with just the right amount of acidity and gas!

I've been talking a lot about Nagano Prefecture lately, so I'm going to use Nagano sake! (^o^) Since I can't go to Nagano, I bought it in Tochigi. A sake brewery with many unusual label designs. Is it Maberasu after BABURUSU? Various specs are unknown. The aroma is fresh and acidic, and the mouthfeel is mildly sweet and acidic. The aftertaste is mild.

I always get the brand name "Morishima", but I had never had Fuji Taikan, which was renamed from Taikan 😁The aroma is not as fruity as Morishima, and the mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing with moderate acidity and rice sweetness, and the aftertaste is dry. (^^)

I found a 4 year old bottle of "Matsumoto" at a liquor store. I usually don't buy it (lol). The liquor store owner said it was a great bottle because it had been stored at room temperature for 3 years. I was so interested in the work of Mr. HIDEHIKO MATSUMOTO before he quit that I bought it without a second thought. The aroma was subdued, but there was no hint of old age, and the taste was beautiful with a slight acidity and bitterness. The slight acidity and bitterness are beautifully balanced.
