This is a rare half-and-half Miyamanishiki and Yamadanishiki, a limited-quantity product. It has a melon and muscat-like aroma, smooth and gentle on the palate, and a very delicious aroma that lingers on the palate after passing through the nose (^^).

The liquor store told me it was very gassy. I was told by the liquor store that it has a strong gaseous taste. When I opened the bottle and put it in the glass, there was no blowout, but bubbles and bubbles (lol). Second fermentation? There is no information on the label. I felt it was chirpy like a fresh one and it calmed down a little. The aroma and taste are what Hououmida is known for.

Ikebukuro Sake Fair 2024 Personally, I liked Miyagi's Haginotsuru. Miss SAKE was also there and everyone was drinking a lot of sake.

This is the first Matsumoto after the toji was changed. Shipped after one year of aging from production. When opened, it pops & bubbles in the glass. The aroma is the same as before 😮 The aroma in the mouth is stronger than before. Delicious, but the balance may have changed as a food sake.

This is the first Houou Mita in a long time, brewed with Gohyakumangoku harvested from nearby rice fields. The aroma is mellow and fresh, with a melon-like aroma typical of Mita, and the mouth is filled with a hint of fragrance. It also lingers in the mouth. I never thought I would get this much out of Gohyakumangoku. Omega

The aroma is nice and clean, like muscat. You can feel the gaseous sensation that only a fresh wine can give you, but it is not too harsh in the mouth and goes in easily. This is good! (^^) (^^) However, from the second day, the sweetness and flavor increases, and it may be a bit tart. But it is delicious.
