♪♪♪♪ Huh? What's a tratan? I picked it up and went straight to the cashier to pay for it. I understood the meaning from the description on the back label! And I did it at home! I guess people usually look at the label at the store 🤣. Well, that's what I always do! And I drank it as it was, but it sure has a spicy aftertaste! A spoiled snack! Today it's paired with soba noodles! And it's a mountain wasabi (so-called horseradish) noodle soup! Here we go! Tasted it! Delicious! The spiciness of the sake is tempered and the flavor is delicious! It's a good day off today too 🤣. By the way, it is a pure rice sake with a 70% ratio!

She betrayed my expectations in a good way 🤣. The conclusion is that it's delicious! ←That's my usual line 😅. The snacks were Yakitori (purchased at the flame) Beef ribs (not in the picture but homemade) It's not in the picture, but it's a beef rib! It goes really well with the thick sauce like the beef ribs! It was delicious!

No, it's rice wine ← according to Mrs. W This quality in a junmai sake? ←Mrs. W marveled Conclusion...it's delicious! 🤣 The snacks were Onion crostini (homemade) boiled maitake mushrooms, prosciutto ham and black olives (homemade) Tomato bruschetta (homemade) It was a very delicious dish! It may be a low alcohol content, but the taste is not like sake (sorry if the word is misleading 🥺), so it may be easy to accept for new drinkers. It's delicious! Incidentally, it went well with the vegetable-filled keema curry I had prepared for dinner! I wonder if it was the synergy of the sweetness and deliciousness of the vegetables? The mouthfeel is sweet and deliciously crisp! My favorite sake! It goes well with salmon aqua pazza as a snack! Delicious! Oh, your wife was washing empty bottles of "Senkin Kabutomushi" before.
