みやび♪♪♪♪♪ I've had a few sakes from Kyushu, but I wasn't as interested then as I am now💦. I didn't take any pictures or anything 💦. This time, I went to my usual liquor store and chose a bottle that I had been curious about for a while! It's Shigemasu! This is delicious! Fruity aroma, mellow and umami taste, but with a clean aftertaste! Excellent cost-effectiveness (cosmetics)! Personally, I think it's a good sake!

みやび♪♪♪♪ This is my first time in Daishinshu, and it's suddenly from "Breaking the Code"! I couldn't help but buy it because it was like ras 1 at my usual liquor store! I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but it's a good idea! ←I'm so glad I bought it! I didn't know what "breaking the law" was, but I looked it up and was convinced! The aroma is good! The mouthfeel is soft! And it tastes good... ←I only say it tastes good basically.

みやび♪♪♪♪ Drunken Whale. Junmai Daiginjo. I think it is more light than mellow (personal opinion!). It's refreshing and drinkable right from the start! The 4-gou bottle is getting empty. The aftertaste is dry. Double snack of under ice fish (komai) and prosciutto cheese Surprisingly, cheese might go better with this than fish! This is another delicious bottle!

みやび♪♪♪♪♪ First Tasake Purchase at your regular liquor store Only one bottle per person available for purchase. You have to buy this one. It is easy to drink and has a refreshing aftertaste! I thought it would be light, but it's surprisingly deep (umami!). Delicious! This quality for a special junmai? I'm expecting more Jungin or Jun Dai.

みやび♪♪♪♪♪ The first item for the New Year is Goho (郷宝)! I bought a set of 3 bottles at the end of the year from the Goho online store and was planning to start the year with "Kitashizuku"! This is water for adults (that's a huge compliment!). It has a gorgeous aroma, a mild mouthfeel, and a dry feeling that leaves your nose at the end of the drink (sorry, I don't have the vocabulary for that!). It's amazing! It's so delicious! The 4-gos. bottle was gone in no time at all! This is just my personal opinion.

みやび♪♪♪♪ Well, there is no front label. w The cosmetic box doesn't match the contents. In a sense, this is a rare bottle. I wonder if they used materials they had in stock since it is a limited edition from the brewery. I regret a little that I should have asked about that too! During the tasting at the brewery, the customer in front of us called for the last two bottles! It seems they bought it! -----? Last one? Ah! I'll buy it! It's a limited edition! It's mellow and dry. It's a perfect marriage with seafood.

みやび♪♪♪♪♪ This is my favorite sake. It is Junmai Daiginjo, but cost-effective (cosa) is good♪ I feel that any sake made with "Kitashizuku" tastes great! It is easy to drink and one of my favorite!
