But this is good for those who are not used to sake: ☺️ And it's easy to drink, probably because it's low-alcohol! And for snacks, we have "Mashige" amaebi (sweet shrimp) and "Atsuta" Nisanichi BATTERA (herring and baby herring roe)! The sweet shrimp goes well with sweet sake and sweet shrimp, making sake a refreshing drink! Is it because the sweetness of the sweet shrimp outweighs the sweetness of the sake?
