I guess people usually look at the label at the store 🤣. Well, that's what I always do! And I drank it as it was, but it sure has a spicy aftertaste! A spoiled snack! Today it's paired with soba noodles! And it's a mountain wasabi (so-called horseradish) noodle soup! Here we go! Tasted it! Delicious! The spiciness of the sake is tempered and the flavor is delicious! It's a good day off today too 🤣. By the way, it is a pure rice sake with a 70% ratio!

The snacks were Yakitori (purchased at the flame) Beef ribs (not in the picture but homemade) It's not in the picture, but it's a beef rib! It goes really well with the thick sauce like the beef ribs! It was delicious!
