I went to my favorite liquor store to pick up a bottle of something Yongboto and this one jumped out at me so I bought it on impulse 😍.
They also had a bottle of Nananouzou from Sanndo, but it was too expensive for me to afford it 😅.
I had a bottle of this at an izakaya on my way home from a business trip to Chiba two weeks ago, so let's review the taste!
The top aroma is a fruity muscat aroma, and the smell of alcohol is a bit strong.
The overtone has a strong muscat flavor, with a slight pineapple aroma 🤔.
The first impression is that it has a strong sweet and sour taste, and the gasiness is only slightly perceptible, almost none at all.
Then, after a slight delay, the umami spreads, and at the peak of the flavor, the three mix well, and finally the sharp bitterness refreshes the palate ✨.
No wonder it is so popular. ☺️
I think that the better the balance of sweetness, flavor, and acidity is, the more smoothly a cup of sake goes down the drain.

Good evening, Chirsta 😄.
I also gave up on Nananouzou 🤣I think this Tokujun is the most basic, but I actually haven't had it yet 😅.
If you call yourself a rice wine lover, you have to try it sometime 😅

Good evening, Chistae!
I've got a bottle of Tasake's special pure sake too, but I can't seem to find the right time to drink it 😁✨✨.
But it still looks delicious 🤤!
I got the Nananouzou together with my friend who recently started drinking sake 😅

Good morning ichiro18, ☀️
I know exactly what you mean 😅 I also claim to be a fan of "Hiran" but I haven't had the basic Nikkomaru yet.
I wish I had the financial resources to easily buy high grade sake 🫠.

Are you in a traffic jam of drinks you want to drink? 😅
I'll be thankful for the sake that's so hard to find over here ✨.
Oh! Please spread the word to your friends about the deliciousness of sanshu 🙇♂️

Hi, Chesta 😃
Tasake, according to ichiro18's comment, this is the basic one: ☝️ I've never been able to reach out to it much because I have the impression that it's more classic 😅...
I want to drink sanshu too 😍I can't find it at all 😭

Good evening, HinaHanaMama-san!
It's true that it's dry, but it also has a strong umami and acidity, so if you have a chance, please do!
I think the Yamadanishiki is the most affordable and easy to drink 👀.
