The second bottle of sake I drank at my parents' house 🍶.
My uncle, who knew I liked sake, gave me this Ottersai ☺️
It has a beautiful ginjo aroma that starts with a muscat aroma, which is typical of Otters!
The fruity aroma of muscat and white peach is very pleasant. ☺️
The acidity is a little subdued and the fruity aroma has a strong umami flavor 🤔.
The taste reaches its peak around the mid-palate, and then it's clean and crisp ✨.
It's a sandesi so I was the only one who had seconds 😂.
