Hiraizumi山廃純米マル飛 No.77 にごり酒

I bought this one at a nearby liquor store for nigori sake✨
Hiraizumi is the third oldest brewery in Japan 😳.
I am grateful for the tradition that has been handed down for over 500 years 😋.
There is no top note.
In the mouth, sweet and sour fruity aroma like group fruits, white peaches, and strawberries 😊.
It is characterized by a lactic acidity like yogurt, and it also has a sweetness and umami that does not lose to the acidity, but it is not sweet and low in alcohol, so you will not get tired of drinking it at all and it goes down smoothly 🍶.
The impact of the flavor comes from the middle to the end of the bottle, and it was a very modern sake with no bitterness or other unpleasant tastes, and the umami flavor finished it off 😊.
In my opinion, it tastes similar to Eikofuji's Pink Sapphire, and I would definitely recommend it to those who are not used to drinking sake 👀.
All the sake from Tohoku, especially Akita, are of a very high level and wonderful 👏.
I hope to go on a sake trip to Tohoku someday...

Good morning to you, hinahana mama 😃.
Maruhi is delicious!
I was convinced when I saw the sake level on the label on the back ✨.
Everywhere is serving high level sake these days 🤤.
I would love to do a sake tour in Akita 👀.
