This is the first time I've had Furyin! It is clear with yellowish tint! The acidity is effective! It's like a slightly carbonated soda 😋. The spiciness is followed by a melon juice-like taste. Dry melon juice without sweetness? Soda type flavor? But dry base. The tongue is covered in a fresh cream-like flavor sheen 🤤. And a lingering dry edamame aftertaste. I may not know what you are talking about for a moment, but it's a strange taste that I can't think of any similar sakes 😋.

It was in our refrigerator, but I don't remember when or where I bought it 😱. And I'll take it without worrying about that ✨😌✨. What surprised me a bit was the screw cap, which is thick and thin. There was no resistance at all when opening it, it was really sealed? It feels like it was really sealed. When poured, it is a clear yellow color. The aroma has an aged smell that I don't like. The first dive was a clear, refreshing feeling with acidity! Then the taste of matured rice spread across the palate. On the tongue, there is a thick umami flavor. The spiciness, sweetness, and finally astringency appear while a sense of gloss is transmitted to the back of the throat. The taste is rich, like sea urchin mixed with honey, and it makes you groan with deep flavor 😋. Three days after opening the bottle, the peculiarity is gone and it has turned into a drink full of freshness 😚 Sweetness, astringency, and bitterness appear all at once, leaving a lingering taste in the mouth. Seems like it would be better to let it sit for a few days 😉.

I pushed up on the crown and it came out vigorously and spontaneously 😁. Fresh, melon-like aroma, clear and colorless! Juicy, juicy and full of juice! When the rubber holding the stopper was removed and the crown was pushed up, the crown lifted up with a nice sponking sound, and a white smoke came out faintly. When I poured it, I found a colorless liquid surrounded by fine bubbles. It has a slight aroma of rice. The taste was fresh in the mouth with a thin sweet and sour taste accompanied by a firm acidity 😋. The umami and astringency spread evenly throughout the mouth, giving you a solid sense that you are drinking it. The more you drink, the more the sweet and sour taste and umami increase 😅.

Sparklers we were able to get this year: ☺️ When you put it in your mouth, your nose smells like melon 🥰. The acidity jumped in and I thought it tasted like light lemon juice, but then the sweetness, pungency, and then astringency spread out. The fresh aftertaste, the freshness and juiciness of the fruit leaves a lasting impression on the palate. ☺️

This is the first Tateno river I have received! Please don't take this comment too seriously😅 Because the day I bought it, I had to take it out of the bag and drink it at room temperature at one of the Bon Odori venues (I'll leave it to your imagination what that means...). I remember that the taste was not unpleasant at all, and I could feel the gentle and delicious rice flavor surrounded by freshness 😉. I will tell you what it tasted like after I brought it home and let it sit in the fridge for a week. The aroma smells like a junmai daiginjo with a hint of sweetness. The taste is sourness followed by bitterness, and then astringency, wrapped in freshness, with a further sense of umami and luster 🤤. There's a flicker of sourness at the end. This has been in the fridge for 7 days after opening the bottle, not sure if this is the original flavor or not😅.

When I undid the clasp, the crown blew up to the ceiling 😰. When I poured it, it was cloudy white! It's schwishy 😁. As I was enjoying the acidity, the taste of rice spread throughout my mouth. And then, continuing on, the sweetness and astringency spread to the back of my throat. It is a sake to simply enjoy the shwash 😋. After opening the bottle and letting it sit for three days, the sweetness, melon juice-like flavor, and astringent taste immediately spread to the palate. It was a pleasure to savor 😋.

The first time I get it, I finally got it, Nirvana Turtle! It has a slight wood vat and rice aroma. It is clear with a slight yellowish tinge. The acidity is strong, and you can taste the astringent taste and strongly feel the nama-hashidashi-style of the brewing. It is glossy and has a sour taste at the back of the throat. It is delicious, but I think the acidity is too thick. It is a little different from Flaxcat and Yonotori 😉. I was drinking it with that in mind, The label on the back says to drink it at 55 degrees and let it cool down 😰. When I warmed it up, a moderate astringent bitterness appeared after the acidity, and the aroma of the wooden vat escaped from the nose: ☺️ The umami flavor spread on the tongue. The flavor balance is better than cold sake 🤤I wish I had noticed this from the beginning 😥.

This is the first UA huagata I get! I got it for the first time this year 😎. It is slightly cloudy. The scent is different from that of a capsicum. I just can't describe what it smells like! It is a sweet honey scent that comes through lightly 😉. The taste conveys acidity, sweetness and bitterness and tastes like a mixture of cookies and mango juice 😆. It's an unknown taste that I've never tasted before and I'm drawn to it 😋.

I was busy this year just when they were on sale, so I didn't get them 😌. I had completely given up on it, and then I got my favorite liquor store's original "arabashiri" kabutomushi 😊. Bon appétit! It's a little cloudy. When I loosened the cap, the spiciness and the aroma of rice came out with a pshhhh sound. The taste is a robust carbonated beverage accompanied by a pungent taste. The oli spreads across the mouth and a glimpse of melon juice tastes 😍 on the tip of the tongue. As I continued to drink, the sourness spread from the center of my tongue to the back. Arabashiri is less melon-y than the usual Kabutomushi, and the sour taste is more pronounced 😋.

I thought this was the first time I had ever received a birthplace, but I found a description in my own records that I drank it last year. I guess I'm a little beat😰. Immediately after opening the cold bottle, the water is a bit strongly carbonated and you can't taste much. However, as you drink it, the rounded sweetness and gloss spread in your mouth and stay there for a while 😋. What is this sweetness? Hmmm? It is hard to find an answer, but it somehow feels like apple nectar 😁 While immersed in that sweetness, the astringent taste gradually emerged later 😎. I prefer to drink it with a kin because the sweetness becomes more pronounced as the temperature settles down: ☺️ By the second day, the carbonation settled down and the sweet astringency jumped in. The sweetness is not strong, but powerful 😚.

This is the first time I encountered Hizen Kurashin. It was recommended to me by a liquor store that carries a selection of sake that is not often available in Tokyo liquor stores. The aroma of rice spreads. It is a white light nigori. The first impression is very fine soda water. Then a complex and thick richness appears and the taste of rice develops 😉. I imagined it to be quite dry with a sake degree of +6.5, but there is no sharp spiciness, it tastes like a slightly less sweet watermelon with some salt sprinkled on it and eaten as it gets closer to the rind 😁. The astringent taste also appears at the end. When I mixed in the cakes that had accumulated at the bottom, the flavor became more glossy 🤤. I recommend this for those who want to soak in the taste and glossiness of the rice while still being refreshing.

It's my first flax cat in 6 months 😋. It smells sour and wooden vats. In the mouth, The taste of wood vat and acidity expands and the mouthfeel is light. As that spread settles down, a bitter taste appears at the back of the tongue, followed by a sweetness that wraps around the bitterness 🤤. It seems a little lighter than the previous Flaxcat I had, but it's still delicious😍.

This is the first Tenryo sake cup I have ever had! It is made by a young man, isn't it? I will have it with high expectations 😆. It's so refreshing! It is transparent and has a slight yellowish tinge. When you bring it to your mouth, the acidity jumps in! It smells of melon and is glossy 😎. The taste has both astringency and sweetness, and it is as if the astringency has been added to the sweet melon, making you want to drink more and more without any snacks😅. It's sweet as if they added sugar to the sweetness of melon 🤤. But it's sweet without being cloying 😁. By the third day, the sweetness and astringency became so strong that it was even harder to stop 😰.

I had the opportunity to visit Koyama Shoten, a sacred place for sake in Tokyo, for the first time in a long time and got this Ding. I will take it with high expectations 😆. When I opened the bottle, the aroma of the wooden vat spread. When I poured it into a sake cup, it was slightly yellowish and cloudy to the point that I couldn't tell. I'll have it 😉. The sweetness and spiciness jumped out at me in a refreshing sip. The bottom of the bottle is slightly sunken, so I mixed it up and the acidity became stronger and the sweet and spicy was more powerful, and I could feel the tingling sensation through my tongue and down my throat 😚. The more you drink and get closer to the bottom of the bottle, the stronger the sweetness of the ramune seems to become. I served it with shishamo fish and it went very well with it 😋.

It's been a while since I've had Nabeshima 😁. Shirakiku is the name of the rice used 😎. Opening the bottle The aroma is gorgeous and fresh. When poured, it has a very fine carbonation and a slight yellow tinge 😚. The taste was astringent after the acidity, and then it ended with a pungent spiciness. From the Nabeshima I know, it is a bit light and refreshing 😎. When I let it sit for a couple of days, the astringency showed a glimpse of astringency after the thin sweet and sourness and it started to kick in: ☺️

I have been wanting to try this for quite some time now! I have never encountered it for a long time, and finally I will have it for the first time 😆. Opening the bottle 😚. When poured into a glass, it is very slightly carbonated and has a refreshing aroma. There is a lingering carbonation on the tongue. I could slightly taste the flavor near the seeds of an overripe melon 😋. Not too sweet and the impact of the lingering carbonation is very strong 😁.

This Kaze no Mori was brewed as a 25th anniversary limited edition sake with the image of Kaze no Mori 25 years later. It is characterized by the use of five types of yeast, yellow yeast, lactic acid bacteria, Pichia sp. and white yeast in order to achieve a multilayered aroma and flavor that is the result of the workings of a diverse range of microorganisms. Bon appétit 😉! Refreshing aroma 😁. Pleasantly slightly carbonated 😁. I thought the pungent taste would spread quickly with a dry mouthfeel, but after the pungent taste, the melon juice followed and the aroma escaped through my nose. The melon taste was followed by a honey-like sweetness and astringency, and finally the mouth was glazed 🤤. Compared to the Wind Forest I have been drinking, the dryness and pungency are more pronounced 😎. As it calmed down from the kinkiness, the pungency was reduced and the sweet astringency of citrus fruits such as hashaku appeared, followed by a cream-like flavor without sweetness 😋. The wind forest is concentrated 😚.

This is the first time I have had Shinshu Maihime😎. It smells like soda. The salty pungency is followed by the soda, and finally the complexity of the taste. The salty taste remains in the center of the tongue, while the soda taste and astringency flicker on the tip of the tongue 😚. The pungent taste is unique 😁. I took the time to taste it on the second day to see if there was any change and it was still a dry, salty soda 🤤.

Ine full bloom, which I have received before. I don't remember how many years ago. I can't remember how long ago it was, but I came across it after a long time and bought it without thinking! Bon appétit 😆. It looks like a rosé wine and smells like a red wine 😚. The acidity is very effective and the taste is like a liquor mixed with grapes and cherries, which makes it whoosh in your mouth and makes you enjoy the sweet and sour taste 🤤. Bitter in the middle of the tongue, light sweetness on the tip of the tongue. Fruity from start to finish😍. However, the alcohol taste is strong. As the cold temperature settled down, the sweetness increased. If I continue to drink it with soda, I can enjoy the subtle sweet and sour taste while guzzling it down😅. It is a dangerous drink because it wears off refreshingly with little alcohol taste. (But you will get drunk well 😰) Furthermore, we had it warmed up. With the top warming, the impact became stronger and powerful sweet and sour appeared 😁. It's like a warmed grape wine, with the acidity dancing in the aftertaste 😎. I can't think of any other sake to compare it to 😳
