Sweet without any stickiness at all! It is like the moderate sweetness of western sweets. The bitterness comes out later from the center of the tongue towards the back.
I can't feel the sourness that I initially feel when I put it in my mouth. I think it is not absent, but it disappears instantly and is weak. However, as the second and third days go by, it becomes more assertive. It is pleasant 😋.
The first taste that appears in the mouth, from the tip of the tongue to the center of the tongue, is like a young, green melon with no sweetness 😎.
