monaco sake award 2023 grand prix Monaco SAKE AWARD 2023 GRAND PRIX WINNER 😊. It is clear with a slight yellowish tinge😚. It has a refreshing aroma. Light and mellow sweetness on the palate 😁. Sweet without any stickiness at all! It is like the moderate sweetness of western sweets. The bitterness comes out later from the center of the tongue towards the back. I can't feel the sourness that I initially feel when I put it in my mouth. I think it is not absent, but it disappears instantly and is weak. However, as the second and third days go by, it becomes more assertive. It is pleasant 😋. The first taste that appears in the mouth, from the tip of the tongue to the center of the tongue, is like a young, green melon with no sweetness 😎.

This sake won the highest gold medal at the Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Awards. The drinking instructions state to drink it at 5°C or lower or 50°C or higher 😎. First, drink it at 5°C or lower: ☺️ It is clear with a yellowish tint. As soon as I put it in my mouth, the acidity spread throughout my mouth. It is a soft acidity. Then, a pleasant sweetness was transmitted to the tip of the tongue, followed by a bitter taste from the back of the tongue to the back of the throat. Furthermore, the center of the tongue turns into an astringent taste. The strange thing about all of these tastes is that there are no corners or unpleasant tastes. It is a taste that is pleasant, or rather, it weakens before the unpleasantness is felt, and it is a taste that subsides without becoming boring 😚. The temperature is supposed to be 50°C or higher when warmed, so I raised it to 55°C. The acidity became thicker and a little acidic. The acidity has become thicker and a little sour, and the aroma and taste have both increased. It still has no bad taste and I keep drinking it 😁. The bitter taste appears in the center of the tongue and the sweet taste appears on the tip of the tongue 😉.

It's definitely getting drunk too ......😵 There is a lingering feeling of gorgeousness after you finish drinking it 😎.

I opened the bottle and decided to drink it without thinking, and when I lifted the crown up with a quick "kuikui", the crown flew up to the ceiling with a nice sound 😅. I got myself back on track and drank it 😊. It's a little bit light and cloudy. The aroma is refreshing and sweet, and it goes right into your nose. Shuwa shuwa ☺️ powerful acidity comes in 😁. The taste is nothing special to emphasize, and the grape (grape) juice-like flavor spread on the tongue in a wispy way. Somehow in the aftertaste I think it is probably the taste of Yamada Nishiki rice. It slightly fills the mouth. I served it with sashimi, and it went very well with it. Wasabi soy sauce is perfect 😋.

I won the lottery and this is the first time I have had Shinsei Sanso😚. The aroma is mild but slightly cloudy. You can sense the acidity. The acidity jumps in as expected! I feel a difference from the Shinsei I've had so far, but I don't think my stupid tongue can describe it. ......... From the tip of the tongue to the center of the tongue, a thin, honey-like sweetness of apple spreads. Then, from the center of the tongue to the back, a thin bitter taste appears and stays for a while. At the end, the entire tongue is covered with a sweet golden kiwi juice (also thin). The strangest thing is that the liquid in the mouth seems to evaporate in the mouth. It disappears. There is no sensation of passing down the throat. It's strange 😳.

Gorgeous aroma. Clearly perceptible acidity! Colorless. The taste after the dive of acidity is too delicate for me to describe 😔. Somewhat slight taste of rice escapes from the nose, astringency in the back of the throat, and a gorgeous, gentle sweetness on the tip of the tongue that gives a sense of dessert 😊. At the same time, a gorgeous aroma escapes from the nose. Even when the temperature settles down a bit, the peculiar taste does not appear. It is a delicate mama. It may be too elegant for me after all 😎.

When poured into a sake cup, it has a yellowish color. The aroma is very refreshing. The bottom of the bottle is cloudy, but the gulp is clear. A strong acidity jumps in! A complex flavor follows. What is it? I think it is rice. I feel a strong sense of rice 😊. When you take a sip, the sweetness comes first, and the astringent taste comes later. The unique aroma leaves. I don't dislike it, it's good 😚. The more you drink, the stronger the rice flavor becomes. On the second day, the flavor comes together and comes in as one flavor after the acidity. Delicious 😍. Pleasant sweetness. Utsumami. I can't describe what it tastes like😅. The salty edamame complemented both flavors and went together ridiculously well. I want to describe the umami taste of ...... somehow, but I can't 😅. It's a taste that lingers on without any clinginess or peculiarities 😋.

First time having Kuramoto Sake Brewery 😁. The aroma is strong and refreshing. When poured, it is clear and has a slight yellowish tinge. First a delicate dive of acidity! The flavor conveyed is thick and deep 😉. Astringency and sweetness spread from the tip of the tongue and turn bitter when they reach the back of the throat. I can also feel the pungency in the upper part of the throat. It has a strong flavor 😍. Finally, there is a flicker of dessert sweetness on the tip of the tongue. I couldn't quite think what the sweetness was... 😔. After a day, I realized. It's wasanbon 😎.

It is a common bottle, but it is an original from my favorite liquor store. I'll have some 😍. Very delicate acidity! It's ridiculously fine, so you don't feel the squishy crush in your mouth. Taste is like a rummy with no sweetness. The upper jaw has a freshness like fresh fruit juice 😊. As you continue drinking, a slight sourness and a slight astringency stays on the tip of your tongue. Neither of these flavors have any corners or peculiarities, and you will keep on drinking for the flavor😅. I can't describe what it tastes like at ........., but it tastes like a diluted mixture of citrus and melon juice 😋.

It's well cloudy when poured. Bon appétit 😉. The acidity is clear and jumpy, like that of a carbonated beverage! The juicy, juice-like flavor spread through my upper jaw to the back of my throat, accompanied by a slight taste of rice. I can't really describe what it tasted like 😔. As I continue to drink it and the temperature settles down, I strongly feel the sweetness. The astringent bitterness appears in the aftertaste. It kind of leaves an aftertaste like drinking a lactic acid bacteria drink 😊.

My favorite Hirotogawa with no hassles for me😍. This is my first Junmai Ginjo Omachi and I have high hopes for it 🤤. The aroma is a fresh ginjo aroma. Colorless and clear. Pleasant, mildly acidic dive. The taste spread from the tip of the tongue to the upper jaw, like melon juice with a moderate sweetness. Then, at the back of the tongue, a bitter astringent taste gradually appeared and remained for a while. The mouth is filled with juiciness from beginning to end 😋. When you get to that point, the melon juice aroma seems to escape from your nose. It is a delicious taste that does not disappoint 😚.

Junmai Ginjo aroma. Almost colorless and transparent. Soft and clear acidity jumps in! A sense of freshness. A sweet and spicy taste followed, and then a bitter taste appeared at the back of the tongue. It is a strange feeling, but it is as if there is a lingering aftertaste, as if I had eaten a melon with little sweetness and a thin taste. The bitterness becomes more pronounced as the temperature settles down, so I prefer it when it is well chilled 😋. After a while, it tastes like a spicy bitter glaze.

I haven't had Viridian in a long time😍. I have forgotten how it tastes. I'll take it. A slight carbonation, comparable to that of a carbonated beverage, first spreads from the base of the mouth to the back of the throat. Along with the acidity, a glossy taste, a moderate sweetness, and an astringent taste follow. There is no unpleasant aftertaste at all 😋. Compared to the Shinmasa I have had, it seems less assertive in both aroma and taste. It is not that it has no taste, but it has a clear characteristic, but it is difficult to describe what it is 😏. The taste that finally appears in the center of the tongue is the taste of the wooden vat, right? The indescribable taste is followed by astringency, bitterness, and sweetness. According to the label description, "Flavors such as green kiwi, wild rose, and plum vinegar. Unlike the previous lot, which was fresh and green and light, this one has a slightly mellow and umami flavor." It says, "The taste is a little mellow and delicious, unlike the previous lot which was fresh and light. I can't quite detect the subtlety of the description, and it comes across as clichéd. However, there is one thing I can say for sure. Delicious😋.

Purchased at an antenna store in Hokkaido. A jump of acidity! Then a moderate bitterness develops. Not too assertive, but pleasant 😋. There is no cloudiness or cloying taste, so it can be enjoyed without being unpleasant 😉. After that, the taste of rice, probably comet ......, spreads 😊. The taste is not quite sweet. Furthermore, the unique taste of Kokushimusou spread to the back of my throat. Is this the taste of comet?

This is the fourth bottle I am receiving to support Ishikawa Prefecture, albeit in a small way. This sake was also picked up at the Ishikawa antenna store in front of Tokyo Station, where 100 yen will be donated to Ishikawa Prefecture and 100 yen to the Ishikawa Sake Brewers Association 😊. When poured, it has a yellowish color. Like a pale gold! I'll take it 😉. The acidity jumps in first. Then the astringency, umami, and sweetness appear, and in the second half, the spiciness and sweetness dance 😊. A simple way to describe it is that there is a slight sweetness to the slight carbonation and the rice flavor appears at the end 😋. After opening the bottle, work gets busy and after five days or so, the sweetness increases and the astringent bitterness overlaps, followed by the freshness that makes it enjoyable. As the temperature settles down, the sweetness becomes sweet and spicy 😉. The color has deepened too 😎.

I have had this white label ecru before, but it is not on my record at Sake-no-wa. I don't remember when I drank it or what it tasted like, so I will have it for the first time with a sense of anticipation 😉. It smells very fresh 😚. A jump of acidity! Not too delicate, not too rough, pleasant acidity. Then a slight sweetness. I imagine that the plum-flavored candy is very light. (Like a light tasting little plum. Can you tell 😁) The light taste does not mean it is weak, but it is firm and stays in your mouth clearly. While drinking it, it is also glossy all the time 😋. As I continued to drink it, I could also feel the wood vat feeling. I always think of this when I drink Colors, but there are no corners or other sticking points, so I can drink it naturally and without any resistance at all 🤤.
