I won the lottery and this is the first time I have had Shinsei Sanso😚.
The aroma is mild but slightly cloudy.
You can sense the acidity. The acidity jumps in as expected!
I feel a difference from the Shinsei I've had so far, but I don't think my stupid tongue can describe it. .........
From the tip of the tongue to the center of the tongue, a thin, honey-like sweetness of apple spreads. Then, from the center of the tongue to the back, a thin bitter taste appears and stays for a while.
At the end, the entire tongue is covered with a sweet golden kiwi juice (also thin).
The strangest thing is that the liquid in the mouth seems to evaporate in the mouth. It disappears. There is no sensation of passing down the throat.
It's strange 😳.
