This is completely new to me, Gokoho from Tezuka Sake Brewery.
This sake seems to be consigned to Kaganotsuki's Kaketsu, but some sake seems to be consigned to Kanaya Brewery, so I wonder if they use different sake for different specs.
According to Gyave's post, Gokoho itself seems to be quite rare!
I did a search and found that it used to be a sake brewery, but now it looks like their main business is sake wholesalers and liquor stores.
Not modern, but sweeter and juicier than I expected.

According to Mr. WOM, there is no other store in Kanazawa that carries it 🤔.
