boukenThis is completely new to me, Gokoho from Tezuka Sake Brewery.
This sake seems to be consigned to Kaganotsuki's Kaketsu, but some sake seems to be consigned to Kanaya Brewery, so I wonder if they use different sake for different specs.
According to Gyave's post, Gokoho itself seems to be quite rare!
I did a search and found that it used to be a sake brewery, but now it looks like their main business is sake wholesalers and liquor stores.

Usually, this event is held only for sake breweries in Fukui, but this year, in conjunction with the opening of the Fukui Shinkansen bullet train, sake brewers' associations from Ishikawa and Toyama also set up booths and worked together to make the event a great success 😁.
While I was looking around the Ishikawa booth, I was curious about a brand I had never seen before, so I had a taste of this one 🍶.

The aroma of rice with a hint of umami, the taste of rice with a strong impact on the palate, and a gentle aftertaste.
