We were given a sample of Kyo Hina, a newly traded brand, at the October Icoma tasting.
This was before the announcement of handling at that time, so I posted a time delay😌.
There are two varieties, Fukayama and Uchikoza. I will buy Miyama at a later date.
Sakurahime yeast TYPE 1 is used.
It's the same fruity yeast as Nikitatsu.
I think it is drier than the other day's Fukayama, but it is slightly sweet and has a unique atmosphere like the Fukayama.
I was going to buy it, but it was sold out rather quickly😅.
I'm also looking forward to a certain brand that will be available from December 😆.
