boukenTasted and purchased this one as well.
Sweet and tasty without feeling high alcohol content.
And a trace of nuttiness.
I can't drink a lot of it since it's 20 degrees, but I've never tasted a regular sake with such a good taste 💦.
A little like Morinori's Kamisen Unfiltered Nama Sake.
This brewery has been making only Kaisen and Kamisen for many years and has been slow to release Junmai. ジャイヴHello bouken!
Kansai is the most popular sake in my hometown 😁.
As you said, we've recently started to offer a new series of ginjo sake called "Gekizaka" and "Katakata" brewed with pesticide-free rice, so if you're interested, please feel free to check them out ✨. boukenGood evening, Mr. Gyve.
It seems you used to have a good share in the province 🤔
I've never heard of kata kata 😳
I will consider it again 😌. boukenTasted and purchased at KITTE
I drank Kagatsuru at the brewery festival last year, but this is my first time drinking it at home.
Slightly effervescent and fresh sake.
Aroma is a bit like alcohol disinfectant😅.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness. Sake that gives the impression of pushing through with freshness in a good sense. Is the acidity impressive? boukenI often see Phantom Taki, but this is my first time drinking it at home.
It was fresh and refreshing, yet deliciously fruity.
I imagined it to be lighter than I expected, but it was delicious with a stronger umami than I expected.
It's like a dry apple.
It's a bit spicy when you drink it again. boukenWhen I went to an antenna store, there was a corner with only 3㌥ sake. I went to an antenna shop and found a corner with only 3㌥ unpasteurized sake.
I chose the San Shoraku sake that I had wanted to try for a long time 😁.
I have an image of San Shoraku as a Yamahai sake, but this one seems different 🤔.
It doesn't say, but according to the website of the liquor store that sells it, it seems to use No. 7 yeast.
It is slightly effervescent with impressive acidity and strong umami. It tastes just like I imagined, but I was surprised that it has a gaseous taste 😳.
As the days go by, the sweetness diminishes and the acidity becomes stronger. boukenIt's sweet, but the spiciness comes instantly.
This is just as guttural as in the Kansai region.
I also drank a bottle of Kagatsuru sake.
It has a nice gassy taste, so I bought this one too! boukenA certain sake shop was raving about Kansai's Shiboritate Nama sake, so I went to the KITTE antenna store and tasted some 😋.
The Kansai was as good as its reputation, so I bought it!
This is the first time I tasted Fuku Chitose.
I think it's a little spicy and refreshing.
I wonder if it was because I drank it after Kansai that I felt it was so refreshing.
It seemed a little short... boukenPurchased at the antenna store in KITE
Sweet but translucent and transparent, with a hint of sweetness. Apple-like.
It was different from the sweetness I was expecting, but I guess that's okay.
When the temperature goes up, the sweetness like green apple comes out.
It's like a cider without gas.
It tastes good if you drink it over and over again, but the first time you drink it, you'll be like, "What? It's like a cider without the gas. ジャイヴGood evening, bouken🌛.
The antenna store at KITTE seems to have quite a good selection 😲.
I went to Kyobashi this time, but I'll try KITTE next time 😁. boukenGood evening, Mr. Gyves.
We have all the breweries in Kochi and many more in Hokuriku that you may not know about 😳.
You can also go to the corner and have a tasting! boukenSake by Tsubozo Sake Brewery, which is not yet registered with Sake no Wa
It seems to be a very minor brewery among Fukui sake. The address on the label is still the same as it was before the merger😅.
I'm afraid of the antenna store at KITTE 😨.
The first aroma is a little bit of a strong alty smell, but it doesn't bother me when I drink it. It has a clear, watery and gentle taste. To be honest, I wasn't expecting it, but it's delicious!
The logo on the lid is a gap from the classic label. boukenPurchased at the Hokuriku Antenna Shop in KITE.
Apparently several sake breweries are releasing hiyaoroshi at the same time, and each brewery has a common label.
The brewery was destroyed by the earthquake and is now brewed at Azuma Sake Brewery in Komatsu City.
The label is very beautiful. The first half is sweet and tastes like peach or apricot. In the second half, a unique woody flavor spreads throughout the entire bottle.
I would like to try Noto Suehiro and other sake as well as the sake currently brewed by Azuma Shuzo 🤔. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
