Timeline
boukenWent to Icoma before the year-end party at work.
I was curious about Taga's freshly brewed sake that Aladdin had posted, and they had it in stock, so I got to try a sample!
It was quite powerful and spicy.
It has a freshness that you would expect from a freshly pressed sake!
The store said it was freshly opened, so I think it would taste more like Aladdin's review if it were a few days older 🤔.
Sake itself is young, so it might be good to let it sit for a while.
I was also given a bottle of Winter Moon, and I think it might be the best Kabishin right now!
They seem to be getting a large shipment of various kinds of sake towards the end of the year, and I was given a list of what they plan to bring in! boukenPurchased at Icoma Tasting
Quite effervescent. Shuwa shuwa.
Dry but slightly sweet.
A little melon-like taste.
It's definitely better than a nigori called Otaga that I had a few years ago from the same brewery. boukenI was informed that it would be crowded right from the start, so I put it off until later.
I was taking pictures of myakumyak and saw on social media that it was sold out, so I hurried to visit💦.
There were some items for sale but the tasting was over😳
OPUS15 and OPUS13 fire-brewed were not available.
The entrée was Thai bean snacks? and Vietnamese snacks 😁These Southeast Asian snacks that are coming out these days are interesting!
Mr. Azuma, the master brewer, was there!
He said he makes about 200 koku of sake.
AZM OPUS 14 Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo
Not a flashy type, but sweet and elegant.
AZM OPUS 16 Ginbuki Junmai Ginjo
Muscat flavor like 4MMP
Refreshing sweetness
The picture behind this sake is a Southeast Asian mystery snack 🤣.
TAGA Lab. Vol1 Junmai Ginjo
A one-time test brew. It has a banana-like flavor due to the use of Shiga yeast that produces high levels of isoamyls.
It has a banana-like flavor with high acidity and a sweet and sour taste.
Junmai Nigori Nama Sake
Shuwashu. Sweet, but not too sweet and well-balanced.
OPUS 13 Nama Sake originally didn't seem to have a tasting, but I was after it from the beginning, so I bought this one.
I thought he would probably buy it. I was told 🤣. boukenFrom Shima Sake Shop, we took a bus and subway to Nishimoto Sake Shop near Karasuma Oike.
We decided to have a drink at the corner bar.
They serve Heartland beer on draft.
Ao-chan has already posted a picture of a Ten Stone, but the AZM I ordered had a lot of color 💦.
I initially ordered Hatsuzakura's Nama Hashimoto Taro, but they were out of it 😅.
The rice is Autumn Poem, so I wonder if it's the successor to the Hozuki I drank before?
When I drank it, I could enjoy it without any sense of aging.
It says it's dry and dry, but I feel it's rich and slightly sweet.
After that, I went to Vinos Yamazaki, and then back to Takimoto-san and Isetan with Ao-chan. boukenPon-chan told me it was sold at Isetan, so I went to buy it.
Taga is the largest sake brewery in Shiga Prefecture (10,000 koku as of the time before Corona).
The rice is Iimai no Autumn Poem. This is the first time I have heard of this rice. It is fresh, light, and gently sweet. I think it is a food sake type that goes well with meals.
The hardness of the brewing water on the back label is unusual. ポンちゃんGood evening, bouken🌙
I'm curious about this series, so your review was very informative 🙏 It's sweet enough to be good while eating! I've eaten some of the fall poems, but haven't experienced the alcohol 😳️‼️. boukenPon-chan, good evening 😀
I felt a nuance like instrument Masamune, which is less gassy 🤗It's rice from Shiga and you've had it ❗Mizukagami is often seen, but I've never seen Autumn Poem for sale 🥺.

boukenIt's a sake that's not even listed on the official website, and it's only available locally. It seems that most of the sake made at the Gekkeikan Group's breweries is shipped to Gekkeikan.
I bought it at a liquor store in Osaka that specializes in Shiga sake. I bought it at a sake shop in Osaka.
It's a lightly sour and sweet nigori. At the end, it has the sharpness of an aluzoe. It's not so lively for an active sake. It doesn't say "swoosh" so much even if you mix it.
I'm sure it's okay to drink it here because it's under the umbrella of a big company, but if you put off drinking sake from a small brewery, it can become undrinkable, so you should drink it when you can.
I heard that the Hyogo sake brewery Izawa Honke, which brews Yamakozuchi, is going out of business at the end of this month😢. boukenThis liquor store doesn't seem to have any local sake, but they have a lot of Shiga's minor sakes. Kohama, Tengen River, Usuzakura, Suzu Masamune, Kisshomusume, Harunomine, etc. ねむちbouken-san, good evening ❗ I'm curious about the active nigori and lackluster sake 🤭Mildly active! I'm sure you'll be surprised at the range of things I've done in my 30s 😆 As someone who lives in the Kansai area, I find this very helpful 🙇 boukenSleepy healer. Good evening😃.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. The other day I drank a bottle of Ayu Masamune with a hole in the plug, but it was very healthy 😅I'm trying to conquer the liquor stores in Kansai😸 RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
