bouken
The 3rd Yodobashi Umeda National Sake Festival ⑤.
Here's another major Niigata brewery, Hakkaisan.
I was just about to open a sparkling one, so I waited and drank it 😁.
Second fermentation in bottle - white malted rice awa
Shwashy and big bubbles.
Light and sour. Dry but not spicy.
Junmai Daiginjyo - Limited time only
I've seen it before, but this is the first time I've had it.
Seems to be a winter-only brew.
Not sweet, but more gorgeous than the Hakkaisan I've had so far.
Junmai Daiginjo Snow Chamber Storage for 3 years
It tastes so beautiful that it is hard to believe that it has been stored for 3 years. It's round and mild.
I'm glad I had a chance to try this one, as a four-pack costs around 5,000 yen and the Sandesi is quite pricey too!
