It is sweet and has a strong flavor. It has a strong umami, but this strong umami creates a sweetness. Personally, I am a light-bodied person, so I feel that the umami is too strong. I think it gets a little tiring after drinking it for a long time.

Even though it is a daiginjo, it is al-soaked. Adding alcohol seems to make it lighter, but it tastes lighter. There is also a peculiar bitterness, not far from that of junmai sake. It also has an artificial feel, as if the ginjo aroma was added separately. I bought it because it was cheap, but I will never drink it again.

Purchased because of the beautiful pink color. Surprisingly not sweet and lightly flavored Fruity and drinkable like a soft drink I found myself drinking a bottle in no time at all! What a bad drink!
