Even though it is a daiginjo, it is al-soaked. Adding alcohol seems to make it lighter, but it tastes lighter. There is also a peculiar bitterness, not far from that of junmai sake. Purchased because of the beautiful pink color. Surprisingly not sweet and lightly flavored Fruity and drinkable like a soft drink I found myself drinking a bottle in no time at all! What a bad drink!
