The sake is well-balanced and delicate, as one would expect from a leading modern sake brewery. The phrase "josenmizu-no-yoshi" is used by another sake brewery, and it applies to this sake as well. However, because it is so superior, there are times when one expects a wild individuality. What an extravagant delusion, but that is the fate of Toyota in the sake industry.
