It has no peculiarities and tastes refreshing. It has a crisp and refreshing aftertaste. The label says it tastes like Miwa, brewed at the foot of the oldest shrine and using the last sake brewing method, but it is not the oldest, but rather the newest, refreshing flavor that combines the best of modern and classic sake brewing. I had imagined that the sake would be more peculiar and have a strong taste, but I was completely betrayed. It was very tasty.

It's sweet. It also has a sour taste, so it's like Calpis. The alcohol content is also low at 6%, so it goes down like juice. I forgot to take a picture of it, and when I tried to take one, there were only a few left. It is an interesting piece. Well, it is not sake.

Juice. It is a yellow-colored nigori sake. It is light in sweetness, has little sake flavor, and has an alcohol content of 4.5%, which is about the same as beer. It is easy to drink for young people, has no sake smell, and will be perceived as an easy-to-access alcoholic beverage, but for us old guys, I would say something unnecessary, like don't forget the pride of sake.

The light effervescence and sweet mouthfeel are exactly what you would expect from a sparkling wine. You can drink it in gulps. I could go on and on. I finished it in no time at all. The taste is not too strong or watery, and is well adjusted. I think this kind of easy-to-drink sake should be promoted more and more overseas as a food wine and take over the market share of sparkling wine.

The taste of the famous Kuroryu is very orthodox and standard. The taste of sake is fruity, light and dry, and the variations revolve around the taste of this sake. However, the flavor is light, and there are those who say it is easy to drink and those who say it is too light. Recently, there is a tendency to dislike strong and persistent flavors, so Josen mizu-no yosi is probably a modern-day royal road to success.

It is amakuchi, but it is smooth and has a nice sharpness. As the name "cool" suggests, it goes down your throat easily when drunk chilled. Most summer sake is light in flavor, in fact, many of them are lightly flavored, but this sake has a solid body. This is a long-established sake brewery that provided Nagareki No. 9 yeast. I feel that this brewery's most appealing feature is its thick core presence.

It is named "Natsumushi" (summer insect), which means it has a light and refreshing flavor suitable for summer. It is not too sweet and not too dry. It is as easy to drink as water, but can also be described as tasteless like water. However, it is named Natsumushi because it is meant to be drunk as lightly as water, and to seek depth in this type of seasonal sake would be to expose the ignorance of the drinker.

It has a strong sweet taste. However, there are no hints of dullness or cloying taste. It has a nice sharpness and is easy to drink. It is truly a representative of a mellow, umakuchi wine that can be drunk with a light touch. However, its strong sweetness also makes it a good choice for food. The strong sweetness, however, does not always agree with the food you choose.

This Junmai Daiginjo-shu has a fruity flavor and is a light, easy-drinking Junmai Daiginjo-shu called Natsu-gin. It is a single time hi-ire, raw sake, which gives a glimpse of a well-balanced flavor in the lightness of the sake. In summer, it is light and crisp with a refreshing aftertaste, I feel that a crisp, clean sake with a refreshing aftertaste is still the way to go in the summer. It is hot and you want to quench your thirst every day, but the secret to surviving the summer is to keep it light.

Fruity and shwashy. The sweetness is smooth and light. It has a good sharpness. The balance of drinkability is very sophisticated, and it is an ambitious urban work brewed in Kujukuri that is typical of a brewery representing modern sake. It is so easy to drink that you will find yourself drinking a four-pack in no time.

Fruity and pleasant to drink. It has a good sharpness, and the sweetness does not linger. It is well-balanced. The sweetness of the impurities lingers on the palate and causes a bad aftertaste, but the elegant sweetness that quickly clears up is just as clean as cherry blossoms. The design of the label is also very elegant and glittering, giving a very nice impression. As a leading maker of mellow, umami-guchi sake, we look forward to the next step of this brewery, which will continue to lead the sake industry in the future.

Although it is a sweet wine, its sweetness is moderate and not overbearing. It has an elegant taste that is liked by both the rich umami group and the light dry group. Because it is not too assertive, it is a very good sake for a meal, and it is a dexterous sake that is well-balanced in its modesty. It is a modest sake in terms of character, but as a sake that accompanies a meal, it is a first-rate host. The essence of Japan is the art of accompanying, and this is a valuable sake brewery that is a leader in pure Japan, a sake that can only be obtained by those who have acquired this art.

It is a very elegant sweet sake. There is no cloying taste, and it can be drunk gently and easily. The balance is excellent. It is deep, but also has a good sharpness. It is difficult to find this balance in sweet sake, but it is excellent. Sake with a full-bodied, fruity flavor is also good, but this sake has a light flavor that is well seasoned by a master who is well versed in the high points of sake. It is a quintessential Tasake.

It is red and beautiful. It is a cider that tastes like alcohol. It also tastes like cider. The alcohol content is 9%, which is important for rehydration on a hot midsummer day like today. It is easy to sip and drink in a blink of an eye. The brewer probably makes cider with a sense of fun, so the drinker should drink it with a sense of fun, too.

I was caught off guard. I had no idea it was such an energetic drink. I blew out a great deal of it. The desk and luncheon mat drank more than a little. I was full of remorse. The rule of the house-drinking club is to let no one drink a bottle but yourself. This is a self-serving interpretation, but... In my case, I did not let anyone else drink it, but I let my desk and luncheon mat drink it. I may have to take responsibility and resign from the house drinking club. By the way, the point of this drink is its drinkability. It tastes like calpis and is easy to drink. It is not too light, not too umami, and has a perfect balance. Balance is a very important element in sake. Fruity sweetness is good, and sake rich in umami is also good. However, the more these characteristics are emphasized, the more sake fundamentalists will turn against them. Fruity and wine-like is fine, sparing and champagne-like is fine, but you are Japanese, and your sake should not exceed the sake category. No, you can go beyond, but the Japanese will not like it. That is why balance is important. This sake has a good balance. That is why this sake needs a sake brewery with a sense of balance that can quarrel with champagne while retaining its value as sake.

While Kamo Nishiki's distinctive package tag design is its selling point, this one has the curious name "3 grains" and a cartoon illustration. This appearance has succeeded in appealing to those who do not know what it tastes like, but only its existence. However, as long as it is sake, the criterion for judging it is, of course, taste. It is sweet. That is the first impression. Thanks to the strong publicity of the Sakelabo channel and others, sweet sake has come to be recognized as the new movement of the day. This may be a revival of sorts for sake, which has been on a slow and steady decline. However, the mainstream of sake is not the young, but the middle-aged and the elderly. Light and dry, this is the ninth article of the constitution for middle-aged and older people. And the word "sweet" is not in their dictionary. A child who can only drink sweet sake cannot compete in terms of the dynamic range of taste with a middle-aged person who drinks everything from sanzoushu to dharma, from akadama port wine to one-cup drinks. This sake may be popular with children, who have a lower dynamic range, but it will not win the support of the middle-aged and older generation. The challenge will be how to overcome the skimpiness of sweetness and the lightness of flavor like Kangiku and Keiraku. That said, there is no doubt that this sake is light, fruity, and easy to drink.

It has a traditional light dry taste. It is smooth, easy to drink, and has no cloying taste. It is an honorable taste, but it does not have much individuality. You can't go wrong with this wine, and you won't be greatly impressed by it either. It may sound cold, but honor student has been treated like this for a long time. I am looking forward to seeing a maverick in the lineup, one that is truly seductive.

This sake has a peculiar appearance, and once you see it, you will never forget it. The name "kafuda-shu" is also unique, and once you hear it, you will never forget it. The question is always raised as to whether or not the sake is as good as it looks. If you think that the sake is just for show, you will get a backhanded blowback. He is not only good looking, but he is also very talented. He is a handsome guy, but he is also a karate expert. So what does he taste like? The label says it is "light and fresh," and there is no lie in the description. It has a nice sharpness and no harsh taste. I tend to fall into the trap of drinking too much of this kind of sake because it is so easy to drink, but I couldn't stop myself from drinking too much. The flashy looking guy was unexpectedly a hard-core, orthodox, and cool guy.

The sake is well-balanced and delicate, as one would expect from a leading modern sake brewery. The phrase "josenmizu-no-yoshi" is used by another sake brewery, and it applies to this sake as well. However, because it is so superior, there are times when one expects a wild individuality. What an extravagant delusion, but that is the fate of Toyota in the sake industry.
