Home brewed. Fresh, subtle ginjo aroma. Fruity with good acidity. Basically, it is a refreshing dry sake, but it also has umami and a strong flavor. The sweetness increases when it is heated.
ALC 15-16 degrees. Made from 59% polished rice of Yame-grown Gin-no-sato.
Drink at home. This cloudy sake has a mild aroma and a thick, sweet and sour taste, like yogurt. It has a mild taste and low alcohol content. It has a unique texture on the tongue.
ALC 14 degrees. It is made from Yamada Nishiki.
It has a very good cost performance.

Sake brewed with "Shirakikusui," a famous water in Fushimi, Kyoto. This ground water is low in iron and contains minerals, and is characterized by a full flavor and a mild aftertaste.
Drinking at home. It has a ginjo aroma, a gorgeous flavor, and a full-bodied taste. It is light, refreshing, and good as a mid-meal drink.

It is a longtime seller and a standard souvenir of Miyagi Prefecture. The name "Zen" is derived from the relationship with Myoshinji Temple, the head temple of the Rinzai sect of Zen Buddhism, and the local Zuiganji Temple. The calligraphy on the label is by the abbot of Zuigan-ji Temple, and the Zen painting on the cloth bag is by a Zen painter in Kyoto.
The ultimate food sake, and the IWC Gold Medal winner. It is said to have been drunk by Mr. Bansui Doi, the author of "The Moon over the Deserted Castle".
It has a banana aroma and is dry and sharp. It is light.

○Drinking at home. Slightly fruity and gassy. It has acidity and sharpness. The most distinctive feature of this sake is its unique flavor, which can be described as wildness or impact. It is the opposite of gentle, and you can enjoy the changes in the taste as you are aware that you are drinking sake.
ALC 15 degrees, 90% polished rice. The color is slightly yellowish, perhaps because of this.
○ Home drinking. Fruity, gorgeous aroma. Balanced, gentle, mellow taste. Basic, calm taste.
ALC 16-17 degrees. It is made from 55% polished rice from Niigata Prefecture's Koshitanrei rice.
The bottle is stylish and the red color reminds us of the autumn leaves.
Drinking at home. Fruity aroma, gorgeous and full flavor. As stated on the label, this is a wine to be drunk and felt with the senses, not the brain.
ALC 16.5 degrees. It is made from 55% polished Yumesansui rice.
The label depicts a full moon, a half moon, and a crescent moon, and this is a half moon. And tonight was a 🌚new moon.
○ Home drinking. Banana aroma, restrained sweetness, heavy. The bitterness and acidity are well balanced.
ALC 16 degrees. Yamada-Nishiki rice is polished to 80%.
○ Home drinking. Light, mild, gentle taste. The alcohol content is low. I think this is the kind of sake that will be sought after in the future.
