Drinking at home. It has a gentle ginjo aroma and a mild taste. It has a full mouthfeel. Purchased at the Mitsukoshi Grand Kyoto Exhibition. ALC 15-16 degrees. 60% polished rice. Sake brewed with "Shirakikusui," a famous water in Fushimi, Kyoto. This ground water is low in iron and contains minerals, and is characterized by a full flavor and a mild aftertaste.

Drinking at home. It has a ginjo aroma, a gorgeous flavor, and a full-bodied taste. It is light, refreshing, and good as a mid-meal drink. ALC 15-16 degrees. 50% polished rice. It is a longtime seller and a standard souvenir of Miyagi Prefecture. The name "Zen" is derived from the relationship with Myoshinji Temple, the head temple of the Rinzai sect of Zen Buddhism, and the local Zuiganji Temple. The calligraphy on the label is by the abbot of Zuigan-ji Temple, and the Zen painting on the cloth bag is by a Zen painter in Kyoto.

The ultimate food sake, and the IWC Gold Medal winner. It is said to have been drunk by Mr. Bansui Doi, the author of "The Moon over the Deserted Castle". It has a banana aroma and is dry and sharp. It is light. ALC 15 degrees. 60% polished rice. And it is very affordable.

It is the opposite of gentle, and you can enjoy the changes in the taste as you are aware that you are drinking sake. ALC 15 degrees, 90% polished rice. The color is slightly yellowish, perhaps because of this.

It is made from 55% polished Yumesansui rice. The label depicts a full moon, a half moon, and a crescent moon, and this is a half moon. And tonight was a 🌚new moon.
