@Kagoshima Yurakukan Home brewed. Gorgeous aroma. Mild acidity and spiciness. Enjoy it as a food sake. Sake brewed at the Satsuma Kinzan brewery using natural water from Mt. ALC 15 degrees. 60% polished rice. Now we have completed the sake tasting of all 47 prefectures of Japan. The next goal is to go on a second tour.

ALC 15-16 degrees. 60% polished rice. If you drink at Fuyacho Dori Nijo Dori and in the center of Kyoto, you have no choice but to go with sake brewed in Kyoto.

At an elegant soba noodle restaurant in the Teramachi area of Kyoto. Drinking while licking the grilled kamo miso. The sweetness of the miso is suppressed and the taste is refreshing. The rice flavor comes out and the taste is refreshing. ALC 15 degrees. 60% polished rice from Gohyakumangoku grapes grown in Fukui Prefecture.

@KONNE, Shinjuku Miyazaki Kan Drinking at home. Complex taste with a hint of bitterness and umami. Tastes like old-fashioned sake. ALC 15 degrees. 60% polished rice. ♦I went to the Miyazaki Satellite Shop in Shinjuku in search of sake from Miyazaki Prefecture. Among the mainstream shochu, I bought a 300ml bottle of "Sentoku," which was displayed only a few times. This was the first time I had drunk Miyazaki Prefecture's shochu. Only Kagoshima Prefecture remains.

The name is taken from "Ryu gin zu yun ki hu bofu sei" (Zhou Yi). It is a "super limited edition" sake, so it is the other brand that competes with the dragon and tiger. ALC 15.8 degrees. 50% polished rice from Hashu Honor grapes grown in Yamagata. Sake strength -6.

Home-drinking. It is relatively rich and complex with umami, sweetness and spiciness that can be tasted at different times. Come to think of it, the fruity aroma and taste also appear delicately. ALC 15 degrees. 60% polished rice. Purchased at a brewery fair at Mitsukoshi. The sake is brewed with 10 koku of rice and 10 koku of water, which is called "jumizu-shikomi" (10 koku of rice and 10 koku of water), which gives it a full-bodied, rich flavor.
