My wife and kids are at my wife's parents' house today. Cooking and drinking beer for the first time in a long time We didn't have time to go out to buy sake The nearest liquor store from my office at Sendai Mitsukoshi during lunch break My first sake from Kagawa Prefecture Made from rice grown in Kagawa The aroma is perfect alcohol ✌️ Dry but with a rich umami flavor. Not my favorite type of sake. It's not my favorite type of sake, but it's not bad in a rugged way. It would be good lukewarm or warmed.

It is a longtime seller and a standard souvenir of Miyagi Prefecture. The name "Zen" is derived from the relationship with Myoshinji Temple, the head temple of the Rinzai sect of Zen Buddhism, and the local Zuiganji Temple. The calligraphy on the label is by the abbot of Zuigan-ji Temple, and the Zen painting on the cloth bag is by a Zen painter in Kyoto.
