It is a very rare limited edition sake ✨ and one of the few produced among Saku's limited editions 😊. It was very elegant, refreshing and delicious! Okayama Asahi, I thought it was the name of a high school lol

○This is a thick, milky, easy-to-drink mixture of sour and spicy flavors. It tastes like rice or grains. ALC 16 degrees. Yamada-Nishiki rice is polished to 70%. ♦Serve at room temperature with tempura taranobuds to feel the arrival of spring.
