The only local sake brewery. It is a very ordinary sake with the flavor of rice. It is best served hot. It is a perfect food sake and should be served with food.

Kita Akita" is used for ginjo-shu and "Kita Akita" for this sake. The good cost performance is also a selling point.
This is the third time for me to post about Tazake Tokubetsu Junmai. The aromatic flavor of the rice is robust and stable.

Drink Izumo sake with a side dish of boiled clams from Lake Shinji.
It is served at room temperature at the famous restaurant "Yamaichi" in Matsue. It is mild and has a spreading flavor. It is suitable as a food sake. It is good with sashimi from Lake Shinji, shijimi clams, oden, and anything else.

It is sold and recommended by the brewer.
It is light and dry, with a refreshing sharpness. As the brewery is located in Ishinomaki, a minato town, there is no reason why it should not go well with seafood. We enjoy grilled sea urchin with this super dry sake. The name "Hitakami" is read as "Hitakami," and perhaps because it is a sake brewery, it does not become muddy. It does not become cloudy.
