Limited edition sake from Matsui Shuzo, a famous sake brewery in Kyoto. It has an elegant, grape-like flavor that is hard to believe it is sake. The sake is served with a variety of sashimi.
It is a famous sake from Kanto and rarely seen in Kyoto. And since it is a summer sake, I chose it without hesitation. It went very well with the exquisite sashimi!
When it comes to izakaya in Kyoto, you can't miss Tatsumi.
The combination of powdered wasabi and iwanori (seaweed) is delicious! It goes great with shichida!
First visit to Tatsumi, a famous izakaya in Kyoto. It is easy to order a lot of food, all in small quantities. The brother on the floor is also wonderful and enjoyable.
Using Kame-no-o, the impression is quite different from the A-Sakura we drank before. It is dry with an umakuchi atmosphere and goes very well with sashimi.
