I really had a really good all-you-can-drink sake course at a restaurant called "Ginjo Tuna" in Kyoto, Japan.
I bought this for drinking at home. It has an interesting balance of acidity and sweetness, and it makes a wonderful food wine when served with bonito tataki. You can enjoy it alone like a dessert wine.
