It was probably the best tasting microbubbly I've had. It had an excellent balance and a melon-like aroma and taste. It made the Sekogani crab and unko ponzu very tasty.
Limited edition sake from Matsui Shuzo, a famous sake brewery in Kyoto. It has an elegant, grape-like flavor that is hard to believe it is sake. The sake is served with a variety of sashimi.
It is a famous sake from Kanto and rarely seen in Kyoto. And since it is a summer sake, I chose it without hesitation. It went very well with the exquisite sashimi!
When it comes to izakaya in Kyoto, you can't miss Tatsumi.
The combination of powdered wasabi and iwanori (seaweed) is delicious! It goes great with shichida!
