I'm drinking at a new restaurant in Kyoto called Ginjo Tuna, which specializes in tuna and sake. It's not in this app's database yet, but I think it's great.
It was probably the best tasting microbubbly I've had. It had an excellent balance and a melon-like aroma and taste. It made the Sekogani crab and unko ponzu very tasty.
