Maybe it's because of the mushroom extract (it's not!). It is quite tasty,
I think some people like it!
I had high expectations for this sake, but it was not my cup of tea, and it is not suitable for summer!
This is next!
Kamogane is really good no matter what you drink,
Since it is a summer sake, this one is also a bit schwatchy,
It's also a bit schwatchy since it's a summer sake!
I found a good sake for summer!
You may have already known about it, but I'm sure everyone in the sake circle knows about it.
It's a bit schwatchy and delicious,
And it's cheap!
1270 yen (4 gos.) purchased at Azabudai Hills! Fashionable!
I was a little sad last time,
I drank my favorite sake for a change!
HIROKI and HOKEN!
Both around 3,000 yen (for a bottle, of course)!
No doubt about it!
Plenty of raw sake schwash!
A dangerous sake that you can drink all the time?
This is the first brand I've ever had, but there are still so many really good sake brands out there,
Let's all do our best to drink good sake!
I think it was just under 2,000 yen,
Ebisu Kimishimaya
rich and dry
Big-boned sake
Sake that is the exact opposite of the northwestern one I mentioned earlier,
But both are delicious!
Sake is very deep, isn't it?
3190 yen including tax
Miyata Sake Shop
This is the most surprising sake I have had recently,
The final impression is that it is indeed sweet, but it is not sticky at all, but rather lightly or casually sweet,
I often hear about the sweetness of rice, but I think this is it!
It was a very delicate, very complex flavor with a lot of depth,
The word "serene" came to mind,
Northwest Shuzo Junmai Ginjo limitededition
3300 yen including tax
Miyata Sake Shop
I've been slacking for a while again.
Here's the most recent pairings
Shiroro Taruzumi-junmai 2,800 yen,
Zenkichi Junmai 2500yen,
寫樂 3000yen,
Taisetsukei 1400 yen (4 gos of sake)
Tsururei super dry junmai 2,900 yen
All of the sake are delicious,
Personally, I like Tsururei, 寫樂, Shiroro Tarusyu, Daisukei, and Zenkichi,
Taisetsukei, and Zenkichi.
These are the sake that I have been taking care of while I have been slacking on posting,
Kunoshinin Kuheiji 1650 yen, Yonesuru 1600 yen, Harukasumi 1700 yen, Iwaki Kotobuki 1500 yen, Chikuma Nishiki 1200 yen, Shinomine 1540 yen
Iwaki Kotobuki 1500yen, Chikuma-Nishiki 1200yen, Shinomine 1540yen
The above are in 4-goules bottles,
Kurumazaka 2700 yen, 1 square bottle
Kurumazaka is an old sake, I guess,
All of them are delicious, but if I had to recommend one, it would be
If I had to make a recommendation, I would say "Kunoshinin Kuheiji," "Yonezuru," and "Iwaki Kotobuki" are the best.
I had been avoiding it because the label was so disgusting,
But the liquor store (Miyata Sake Shop) recommended it to me, and I had no choice but to try it...
It was fresh, not too sweet, and very tasty!
Ullala,
I think "urara" is Linda Yamamoto, isn't it?
Mutsu Hachisen urara 3200 yen
I have been slacking on posting,
They are all good sake,
Tsururei 2550 yen, Kirakucho 2700 yen, Kamo Kanehide 2680 yen.
Of the three, Tsururei is the most mellow, and Kamo Kanehide is fresh and unpasteurized even though it is fire-aged!
We promise you will not regret drinking any of them!
