It's getting hot in Sapporo, and "Tsuchi whale" is boiled in soy sauce.
It is not "Tsuchi whale", but "Shichihon-yari" of Awakai,
But, is it heretical? But it is a sparkling sake fermented in the bottle!

It is a little sweet, and the bubbles
The bubbles help to wash away the sweetness.
The size is just right, 350 ml.
It is a good bottle that does not lose to Yamato-niki.
