We bought it from an independent liquor store that wanted to handle this sake. The store is small, but the love for the brewery is perfect 👌. Now, a bottle brewed with the familiar sake rice in Shinshu. Let's drink it. It doesn't smell much, but it has a faint lactic acid aroma. When you drink it, you will taste a moderate sweetness and a pineapple flavor. The sweetness and the pineapple flavor is softly felt.
