Today's sake from Hitachinokuni, Morishima Sake Brewery to the mountains.
I bought some sake from a brewery nestled in the bosom of the Juoh Plateau (Abukuma Highlands).
I bought it, and it is only distributed in Ibaraki Prefecture.
It seems to be distributed only in Ibaraki Prefecture.
The sake is labeled as having a Sake degree of ➕2 and a Sake Sei of 15-16°.
Slightly ethylated, with a slight ethyl smell.
Not an unpleasant smell at all.
When you drink it, it tastes a little like a sake yeast.
But it goes in as easily as water.
Is it beautifully delicious?
Ummm, it's delicious 😋, but why isn't it known to the world?
thanks Otsu Port Sake Center (Otsu Port, Hitachinokuni)
