Today's brewery is Yuto in Shimonokuni. The proprietress of a sake brewery said it was like the toji-san was making it all by himself. The proprietress of the sake brewery told me that the master seems to be making the sake all by himself. We finally had a chance to drink Eiko Fuji's Aizan💦. I knew it! Eikou-fuji is delicious, the best marriage! Aizan❌Eikoufuji Sweet and tasty, a pop of carbon dioxide gas when opening the bottle.
