Happy New Year, the first sake of the year is Miyoshigiku! Unfortunately, I bought this bottle at Hanasaku, a shop under the elevated railway tracks of Shin-Sapporo station, which closed at the end of the year. I bought this bottle at Hanasaku, which was closed at the end of the year! The first Miyoshigiku I've encountered in a long time, with an uplifting aroma! It is sweet and has a pineapple aroma. The name on the label is Ikuko Udaka! She is the first female toji in Shikoku. Calm and sweet, and before you know it, you're drunk! The taste is gentle! There is only 1/3 of a four-part bottle left. Today we have "Urasato", Ogawa yeast. Ogawa yeast was discovered and nurtured by Chikara Ogawa. It was first used by Akari Sake Brewery (Mizuhu Pride). Is it now flourishing? Is it? I think it is my favorite yeast. ⁉️ The label is cute! Oh, Calpis! Not a snowy scene like the label, but The light purple color is beautiful 🤩. And it's got a little bit of a crunchy feel to it (not the katakana "petit petit" feel!). It's a little spicy, a little sweet, and I don't know what it is... Delicious! Delicious! I don't know what it is, but it's delicious! thanks Ibaraki Jizake Bar Mito (Mito, Hitachinokuni) *Lots of local sake from Ibaraki! What about regular sake shops?  I'm happy to buy it though! Today's offering is from Inaba Shuzo, a sake brewery in Tsukuba, Hitachinaka Province. It is a sake brewed by the Inaba Sake Brewery in Tsukuba, Hitachinaka Province. It is light and watery But it has a deep flavor. Sweet and umami? Deeply nourishing.... I feel pineapple and cotton candy in the distance. My wife's Izumo souvenirs, the last one a true hit? Tamasakura! I looked at the label! Well, it's not good... "Nama Hakashiro" & "Sake Degree +10"! Is this the beginning of my hardship? It's a little bit of oriki, but it doesn't spout (oriki is a little bit and a little bit). Sweet lactic acid smell (but +10!) Oh? It is easy to drink...not spicy. ⁉️ No strong claim of sake yeast! And the sake meter? This number is spicy, isn't it? It's just right for something dry (like surume)! It is different from the heavy and spicy sake I drank in the past, I think it's a great bottle! I think it is!
