Today I found this at Senmaru-san (Ras 1 notation). It is Higashi Kaimori from Koizumi Sake Brewery in Tomitsu, Kamisou Province. It has a dry, sultry aroma, I guess it's dry. ⁉️ It tastes like citrus fruits (mandarin oranges?) and is refreshing. It tastes like citrus fruits (mandarin oranges?) and has a refreshing sweetness. Oh, I found this bottle from Shochu Kingdom at Senmaru in Ishiyama. I found it, concept workers selection. Thank you 😭, I feel so close to many different breweries. Today is the first sake from Jyoshu in a while, Tsuchida! I have a feeling that I'm not good at the previous post, but I'm not so good at the traditional sake making. It doesn't make you think that it's a traditional sake yeast. But the label says it's a traditional sake made since the Edo period! What a great taste, a little sweet. It's called zairai! It's made with fir, sansho, aburachan, and yamafuki no hana (wild cherry blossom) as well as rice and koji. So I'll stop with the lecture now... Pale ochre color, with a hint of sansho (I love it). In the mouth, it has a complex flavor, with a fresh taste of sansho (Japanese pepper) Fresh flavor of sansho (Japanese pepper) and a slightly sweet taste. It is crisp and refreshing. Found in the liquor section of a supermarket, purchased on a spinal reflex. Pouring it into a bowl, I noticed a yellowish color. I quickly checked the label and saw a big LED sign on it. No other information, date of manufacture is 8/4 of this year. Now, what's the aroma? Slightly, not much. Sip it, mmm, it's delicious, firm sweetness, Not too much alcohol. It's a fluffy sweetness, I don't know why I bought this at the supermarket. I don't know why they put it in the supermarket, but am I the only one who wishes I had bought it at a liquor store?
