Today we are in Ueda, Shinshu. It's the second day of my son's historical exploration and washbasin spinning tour. In the afternoon, we went to Okazaki Sake Brewery to buy two bottles of Shinshu Kamerei. We bought two bottles of sake, and at night we had Ueda's famous oidare yakitori (grilled chicken)! We are going to eat it! The first bottle to go with the yakitori was Kamerei's Yamada Nishiki! It has a clear taste with a deep, slightly medium-bodied flavor. Today is the first time in a very long time that I have seen "Chokaisan" (Mt. Chokai). There were several varieties lined up at the store, I chose this one on the recommendation of the owner. Today's sake from Hitachinokuni, Morishima Sake Brewery to the mountains. I bought some sake from a brewery nestled in the bosom of the Juoh Plateau (Abukuma Highlands). I bought it, and it is only distributed in Ibaraki Prefecture. It seems to be distributed only in Ibaraki Prefecture. The sake is labeled as having a Sake degree of ➕2 and a Sake Sei of 15-16°. Slightly ethylated, with a slight ethyl smell. Not an unpleasant smell at all. When you drink it, it tastes a little like a sake yeast. But it goes in as easily as water. Is it beautifully delicious?
