I had no choice but to drink Kudokibe, a fresh sake, right? So I bought it! Let's go! Now, I had never heard of this sake rice called "Kurayakuto." I thought it was similar to Toyobai rice, but the aroma and flavor were somewhere between those of Yamadanishiki and Toyobai rice. It has a wild flavor, but the taste is moderately well-rounded and well-balanced.... It has a very nice, citrusy, honey-like aroma. The citrusy sweet aroma, the smoothly sweet brewing water, and the citrusy honey-like sweetness that gently envelops you. It is supremely pleasant. However, it is not only sweet, but also has a bitter taste that finishes off the palate nicely. This makes it the best sake that you can keep drinking without feeling sticky. The following is a summary of my visit to Hasegawa Sake Shop one day. I usually can't afford Isojiman because of its price, but since I had the opportunity, I decided to try it. Let's get to it! The aroma is not sweet, but it is gorgeous, lush, and refreshing. The water seems a little hard, but I wonder if the Oigawa River has a high mineral content. The taste is slightly sweet, like apricot bean curd, and the sharpness is very effective. However, the taste is refined, coherent, and calm, so it was a bottle where the full depth of flavor of the brewing water could be fully appreciated. It was a relaxing drink. 80% Kame-no-o rice produced in Oogata Village, Akita Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content: 15% (Unpasteurized) This sake came with me when I visited Hasegawa Sake Shop one day. I had wanted to try it, but the price was too high, so I couldn't afford it. Now, let's get to it! From the aroma, the fruity flavor is in full swing. The fresh aroma of apples and muscats is very pleasant. The water is soft and a little tight. The fruity sweetness and acidity, like muscat, are wonderful! And this is where it really comes into its own. Not only is it sweet, but there is a pleasant astringency afterwards that really brings it all together nicely. This is the factor that gives the sake its complexity. This is how this fruity, yet astringent, excellent sake is born! I love bag tag sake! Thank you again for the food tonight!

Rice used: 100% Fukushima-produced "Yumeko Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15 Hirotogawa has been recommended by YouTubers who often watch sake-related YouTubers and recommended to me by Sake-no-wa AI. I decided to pick up a bottle and give it a try. Well, here we go! The aroma is mild but slightly sweet. I am not very good at reviewing aroma these days. Soft and slightly sweet brewing water. But I think the direction of the sweetness is different from that of Toyobai. It has a ripe sweetness that reminds me of bananas. It is not too strong, not too weak, and has just the right intensity of flavor to be very satisfying. It also has a moderate sharpness that makes it easy to drink as much as you want. This is the most dangerous sake. If you drink it after getting into sake to some extent, you will be able to fully enjoy the goodness of Hirotogawa. It was the best sake I have ever had! This is the best sake in my ranking of "Sake that you should buy immediately if you see it on sale at a fixed price! Tasake's Special Junmai! If I could, I would drink this sake every day. Now that I've had the opportunity to try it, let's go out again this evening! The sweet aroma of Hanafukuyuki is in full bloom, and although it is not fruity, I am lured in like a bee lured by the sweet aroma. After enjoying the very soft and slightly thickened brewing water, there was a slight sweetness of apple, and the sweetness and umami of Hana Fukietsu was so intense that it could be said to have a punch that overpowered the sweetness and umami. The sweetness and umami of the rice is effective from start to finish, so we are happy to be able to pair it with something strong in flavor. First, let's start with a simple Ihyakumangoku! It is a very energetic sake that seems to release gas when you open it. It is supposed to be hi-iru (fire-irrigated). The aroma is fresh and invigorating, like sudachi (a type of citrus fruit). It has a soft but piquant gas pipe, similar to that of Hachisen, I think. There is almost no sweetness, and the original flavor of Gohyakumangoku is full of freshness like a blue citrus fruit. It has a hint of sudachi, or sudachi. The slight acidity is very pleasant. It has a sharp taste and leaves no aftertaste at all. It is the ultimate food sake and does not interfere with Kyoto cuisine at all, but it is a very well-balanced sake that does not lose Sawaya-Matsumoto's character. Thank you again for the sake!

No.14 yeast A few days after Hato Masamune held a tasting event at Tokyo Station, I went to check it out and found the last bottle of raw sake! I immediately picked it up and brought it home. So, here we go! The aroma is mild, with a hint of sweetness from the rice. The mouthfeel is soft, but more than that, it is very silky. The taste has a fresh sweetness that is typical of nama-shu, but it is milky and has a strong chemical sweetness, like that of apricot curd. It has a nice sharpness and is not tiring. I saw it and bought it. The label is a beautiful cherry blossom color and looks very tasty. Now let's drink it. The aroma is more refined than that of Toyobai Rice, but it still retains the Toyobai gene with a hint of apple sweetness. Next is the mouthfeel. The soft, slightly sweet brewing water characteristic of Toyobai is still pleasant and I like it. Now, for a Toyobai, it is very mild. The sweetness is like apples or cherries, which calm down in exchange for the gorgeousness, so you can drink it slowly without getting tired. Although it is a junmai ginjo, the aftertaste is bittersweet and calm, like a special junmai. The sharpness is moderate but just right to match the others. I knew Toyobai was very tasty. My father drank most of it, but I was ready to go! It was a bit fizzy with a bit of a schwash. The aroma was mild and slightly sweet. The water seems a little hard, but is it right? There is a slight ripe banana-like sweetness, followed by an intense sharpness and astringency. It is a good sake, certainly in the tradition of Niigata sake, but clearly different in character from those of Hachikaiyama or Kubota. For the record. From the sweet aroma and soft mouthfeel, the sake has a very mild, yet sweet character that is in contrast to the aroma. Although there is some Yamadanishiki in this sake, I don't think there are many sake that can be made with Gohyakumangoku and have such a gorgeous sweet character. As I am still a novice, I thought I would like to give it a try. So here I go! According to the brewer, it is recommended to drink it on the rocks, so I put ice in it and drank it. The aroma had no hint of alcohol. It has a sweet and sour taste like yogurt. The mouthfeel is a bit hard watery, but not enough to be bothered by it. The taste is very strong. It is like drinking undiluted Calpis, which is definitely not good straight. It is sweet and sour like Calpis, with a little citrusy sweetness. There is no alcohol taste at all, and if you don't like sake or have never had it before, this sake will go down a treat with those who have never had it before. I was in Joetsu, Niigata, and the name is Yamama. But that aside, here we go! It has a very pleasant aroma, almost rose-like in its gorgeousness. After the smooth and unctuous brewing water, the sake has a refreshing acidity, which is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, and a lot of umami, making it a calm sake. The end result is an easy-drinking sake with a sharpness that is typical of Echigo-Tsumari. My mother, who drank it with me, also highly praised Yamama, so please give it a try. The most surprising aluzake I have ever had was the Masamune Instrument. Let's get to it! The aroma is very refreshing, with a greenness that heralds the coming of spring. Rice:Hanasoi produced in Aomori Rice polishing ratio: 55 Yeast used: Mahoroba Gin Alcohol percentage: 16 Sake meter: -2 to ±0 Acidity: 1.3 to 1.4 With the Tokyo area declared to be in the blooming season, I couldn't stay away from the announcements, so I pedaled my bicycle to the liquor store and bought Hana Raft first thing! It was the first time for me to buy Hana Raft, and the fact that I could take a picture with Tasake was too big to pass up. I was so excited! The aroma is very gorgeous, not showy, but elegant. The brewing water, however, is a little sweet and soft, as is typical of Toyobai. When you taste it, you will find a hint of apple sweetness, a full flavor of Hwaso, and above all, a very pleasant sharpness, and the acidity that goes down your throat will make you fall in love with it.
