I tasted this summer sake at an event held by Hankyu and bought it because it was so delicious. It is a sake brewery that was completely destroyed in the earthquake and has since been restored. The aroma is sweet like pineapple. When you put it in your mouth, it has a good balance of fruity and sourness from the moderate gasiness, and a powerful alcohol feeling of 17 degrees Celsius. There is also a delicious umami aftertaste. I personally like all Miyagi sake. ☺️ According to his wife, all sake made from sake rice with "gin" attached to it are delicious lol

We opened a bottle of Banshu Ikkyo summer sake, a favorite of the wife, to thank her for another hot week. I breathed a sigh of relief when I didn't skip the cork the first time I was warned to open the bottle 😌. First, let's start with the supernatant. The top clearnace is delicious with a slight gasiness, followed by a refreshing sweetness and acidity 😋. Then, stirring. The aroma is fresh and pear-like, and the bitterness added to the umami and sourness makes the cup go down even further. I've had this sake in the fall, spring, and summer, but this one is delicious without question 😊. It will also blow away the fatigue of the weekend. ⭕️

Today I went back to my hometown for the first time in six months. The wife requested to see hydrangeas, so we went to the hydrangea garden and got soaked in sweat 💦. After a delicious meal and bath, we opened a bottle of this sake that the wife liked and purchased at the event. The brewer was easy to talk to and calm, which made a good impression on us. ⭕️ The aroma is fresh and pear-like, and the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing. It has a clean and mellow taste in the mouth, a little dry, and is very easy to drink with a nice sharp taste 😄. It tastes better than usual in the countryside, probably because you are in a completely relaxed mode 😌. The sound of frogs croaking in the background made for a peaceful evening with my husband and wife 🐸. We also bought a bottle of summer sake here which was also delicious 😊.

I opened a bottle of Summer Night Sky under clear skies and heat that didn't seem like the rainy season. In the opening caution ⚠️, the cork flew away vigorously 😅 although I thought I was being careful. The aroma is slightly fresh, like pears. The taste has a slightly carbonated gasiness, a hint of sweetness, umami, and then sourness, spreading out in order. I think this acidity is unique to Bodai Hashiro. The unique sourness, which I also felt when I drank the Bodai Hashiroshi of Sanmorosugi, makes me think that this sourness is a good match for summer. It makes me want to drink it on a calm night while watching the moon.

I opened my first bottle of summer sake after immersing myself in the sake swamp. Since Nikomaru was so good, we chose this one as our first summer sake, thinking it would be a sure bet. The aroma was fresh and pear-like, with a hint of sweet peach. In the mouth, it has a slight gasiness and a soft umami flavor, followed by an assertive acidity, which quickly passes down the throat and leaves a refreshing aftertaste. At 14 degrees Celsius, the acidity is pleasant and easy to drink, making it a perfect match for the hot season. It goes perfectly with stir-fried pork with miso. ⭕️ I'm starting to want to drink nigoromi (nigori) too.

At a spring event, his wife wanted to buy one for him because the seller's uncle was a nice guy and she liked it. The aroma was mineral-like and a little dry? The sweetness spreads quickly in the mouth, followed by spiciness and a lingering aftertaste on the nose and a crispness that is typical of Yamada-Nishiki. It is 17%, so it does not go down the throat, but it has a pleasant mouthfeel and is good, good, good 🎶. It might be better to enjoy the sake by itself.

The sweetness expanded and the umami of the rice came and went. Next, after stirring. The aroma is sweeter than before, and the mouthfeel is thicker. The sweetness and umami are milder than before, and the acidity in the aftertaste freshens the inside of the mouth, and there is little aftertaste. I want to chew the joy of being able to toast in this way, and next time I want to toast to this one's birthday. ☺️

I attended a GW event at a department store and purchased this sake🍶. They are very particular about keeping the alcohol level down to 15 degrees even when it is a draft sake. The rice is "Yuyamanishiki," a newly produced variety in Toyama Prefecture. The aroma is sweet like apple or pineapple with a slight sourness. The mouthfeel is clean, with a gorgeous, tropical flavor spreading in the mouth, followed by a slight umami of rice, which lingers on the nose and disappears with the bitterness. While it is gorgeous, the bitterness comes at the end, so it is easy to drink without feeling tired or sluggish.

When paired with steamed chicken salad, it is like a wine, according to the wife🍷. The wife saw the label and ordered me to buy it because it was cute 🌸 Spring Sake. The aroma is muscat-like. It has a good sweetness and umami on the palate, with a good amount of sourness coming in later and a refreshing finish that lingers in the nose. You can see why the rabbits are preparing to toast with their boar cups 🐰. But these rabbits are all so selfish 😆.

Deciding to relax at home today, I decided to have a lunchtime drink and opened a bottle of this one that I had purchased at the event. This sake brewery seems to be based on a light and dry style that is typical of Niigata (I tasted it and it was very clear and dry), and this is the first time they have made a sweet spring sake. The aroma was a little like that of Japanese sake. The mouthfeel is gentle, with a slight sweetness and the delicious taste of rice slowly spreading through the mouth, making you smile and say, "Mmmm, this is delicious 🎶. ☺️ It has a refreshing taste and a slight lingering aftertaste. It is a good sake to drink on vacations or when you are a little tense and want to relax and feel a sense of happiness. ⭕️

I tasted it because it was recommended, and it was delicious, so I decided immediately to buy it along with amazake (amazake is also really delicious). (The amazake was really good too). The aroma was slightly cemedine-type? (The amazake was really tasty.) The aroma was slightly cemedine-like, but not too much. The taste is slightly gassy on the palate, and then the umami spreads into the mouth with a bang, leaving a sour taste and a lingering aftertaste that feels like you are drinking sake, which is pleasant and fluffy on the nose. It is fresher and tastier than when I tasted it. I really like this lingering taste of sake around 17 degrees, but I always feel frustrated that I can't drink a lot of sake because it goes around so fast 😅.

Today we had a successful "Hare Day" event as a couple, so we opened a bottle of this sake we had bought and toasted 🥂. It has a rosé wine-like hue and a winey, grapey aroma 🍷. The mouth feel is like drinking champagne, with a gaseous, dry mouthfeel and wine-like acidity. You don't feel like you're drinking sake. It's a 9% low-alcohol type, and it's the perfect sake for a toast. ⭕️ It was a crown type, so I'm a little concerned that I have to drink it up once I open it, but it's easy to drink so I guess it doesn't matter 😆.

I opened a bottle of Hana-Kun from the stable "Mimuro-Sugi" because I was having a great dinner with friends. It was so active that it overflowed a little when we opened the bottle💦. The aroma is sweet with a rummy feel. It is a very gentle sake, with a slight sweetness and sourness, perhaps influenced by the previous sake. My friend's mother, who is not a big sake drinker, said it was easy to drink and tasted great, and she emptied the entire glass 😆. I would like to try other kinds of sake as well ⭕️

The second bottle was "Hokusetsu" which was also purchased at the event. It was about 1,300 yen, so while talking to the brewer, I asked him if the price was too cheap for this taste ❓ I even said to the brewer, "Isn't this price too cheap for this taste? It has a gentle taste and a pleasant sweetness that spreads slightly in the mouth and goes down your throat so smoothly that you feel as if you are drinking water, so you can drink as much as you want. I found myself emptying it all😅.
