カチカチ山
Yoshinoya," which I was interested in, was at the event, so I visited and bought some.
I tasted it because it was recommended, and it was delicious, so I decided immediately to buy it along with amazake (amazake is also really delicious). (The amazake was really good too).
The aroma was slightly cemedine-type? (The amazake was really tasty.) The aroma was slightly cemedine-like, but not too much.
The taste is slightly gassy on the palate, and then the umami spreads into the mouth with a bang, leaving a sour taste and a lingering aftertaste that feels like you are drinking sake, which is pleasant and fluffy on the nose.
It is fresher and tastier than when I tasted it.
I really like this lingering taste of sake around 17 degrees, but I always feel frustrated that I can't drink a lot of sake because it goes around so fast 😅.
