I tasted this summer sake at an event held by Hankyu and bought it because it was so delicious.
It is a sake brewery that was completely destroyed in the earthquake and has since been restored.
The aroma is sweet like pineapple.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a good balance of fruity and sourness from the moderate gasiness, and a powerful alcohol feeling of 17 degrees Celsius.
There is also a delicious umami aftertaste.
I personally like all Miyagi sake. ☺️
According to his wife, all sake made from sake rice with "gin" attached to it are delicious lol
