I attended a GW event at a department store and purchased this sake🍶.
They are very particular about keeping the alcohol level down to 15 degrees even when it is a draft sake.
The rice is "Yuyamanishiki," a newly produced variety in Toyama Prefecture.
The aroma is sweet like apple or pineapple with a slight sourness.
The mouthfeel is clean, with a gorgeous, tropical flavor spreading in the mouth, followed by a slight umami of rice, which lingers on the nose and disappears with the bitterness.
While it is gorgeous, the bitterness comes at the end, so it is easy to drink without feeling tired or sluggish.
